My original location at Fitz it Auto repair said he was too full and sent me to the Stewarts Ferry Location. This location didn't open till 9am and I had trouble locating the the key drop-off. I also was charged for the 3 extra miles I had to drive to get to this new location. This was not a good experience and will cause me to hesitate using uhaul again.

The location pin is NOT where the pick up spot is. It took 40 minutes to figure out where the app would consider us “close” enough. Drop off was also bad. There is no marked dropbox
