Absolutely terrible experience. Check-in took 40–50 minutes just to get the keys because customer support was extremely slow and the emergency contact requirements were misleading. The app said at least one contact was required, I verified one, and then I was told I needed two. This lack of transparency wasted my time and put my entire schedule at risk. To make matters worse, the truck reeked of marijuana, and there were what appeared to be weed buds left inside. Completely unacceptable, especially for anyone transporting children. Poor customer service, unnecessary delays, and an unacceptable vehicle condition. I would not recommend this service and will never rent from them again
