Truck say gentle ride. Not Even Close. Every bump was felt and everything in back thrown around. I've moved over a dozen times in my life and I've never had a truck mess up my things so badly and it was only driven 20 or so miles. Then there was the bill which was 800 or more for a week with a U-Haul driving locally. I've had out-of-state moves cost similar amounts so I don't know why it's so much but I really appreciate a discount.
Nathan DYeah, I had two locations in logan. This address with my second location. I had to go to yet. I would like to give a major thanks to the first location. I went to it was a storage unit there. In logan, the gentleman was amazing to work with.I had some issues, and he put me in the right direction to get him resolved.And I thank him, and all the other people that had helped me on getting it.

The door on the uhaul did not seal so we had a really loud travel and it leaked when it rained. We drove from Utah to Florida so it made for a very loud and uncomfortable drive.

Jeff PU-Haul’s computer system was down for hours. This location wouldn’t let me rent a trailer. As a solution, I suggested that I provide all my information and credit card data, and to log it in when the system was back on line, but they plainly refused. This is extreme poor service and inexcusable. From 1945 to the early 1960s, U-Haul operated effectively with zero computers. Rental tracking was entirely done through paper-based systems and telephone communications. I would highly recommend that U-Haul reimplement those early systems, on an emergency basis, to be able to continue to service their customers whenever their computers go down. This is not rocket science, it’s plain common sense, a willingness to keep the show on the road and service their customers. Whomever is in charge of their computer systems ought to be terminated and replaced with someone with enough brains to have multiple backup systems in place so that this situation never ever happens again. The founders of U-Haul would be rolling in their graves if they knew that current management ALLOWED their entire business to be completely shut down, due to a computer failure, without having a workable paper-based backup plan. I lost almost an entire day’s worth of work and income due this utter incompetence.

Martha JThe cab could have used a wipe down and vacuum. It wasn't filthy, just a bit dusty. Other than that it was great.
Eric HOverall the equipment was satisfactory, it got the job done. Concerning portion for the equipment though was neither chassis chain had retention rubbers on them, the rear chain had been drug for quite a while in a previous rental. I would still rent there if need be, as it was close enough and good enough.

MANDY NYour app is horrible. I spent over 45 minutes trying to check out my rented trucks and ended waiting until the store opened to finish checking out the 2nd truck. So much for wanting to get a jump on the day by picking up the trucks before the store opened. You really need to fix this.
