The agent processing my rental was not pleasant to deal with. She was rude and presented a negative attitude in processing my truck rental. The equipment was dirty inside and the agent was surely bothered by having to clean the cab and rear of the truck. This was the absolute worst experience renting from UHAUL I have ever had.Thomas O.
Well we originally reserved a 6 x 12 trailer A couple of months prior to our needs. A U-Haul representative called us and told us the trailer was not going to be available however they had another trailer in Chico California 80 miles from our house. With that said we said can you reserve that trailer for us. They said yes we will reserve it and you can pick it up tomorrow. Around 330 that afternoon after reserving the trailer in the early morning we received a call telling us that the reserve trailer in Chico California would not be available. They said they would refund our $55 deposit for the reservation on the trailer. But they had found another trailer 100 miles away that we could reserve. We told them to reserve that trailer and we would drive to get it the following day. We drove four hours one-way to pick up a trailer in Willow Creek California and we drove four hours back. The girl at Willow Creek was very professional and did a very good job of helping us inspecting trailer and making sure that we were properly hooked up and everything was in working order before we left the location. Our experience at Willow Creek was the best experience that we had through our entire process of booking trailers through U-Haul.elaine O.

Last minute change by Uhaul downsized the truck. Took aver an hour to check in as Uhaul figured out the the $200 overcharge. My original "guarenteed" quote was erased on my account when the down size happened - I advise you to screenshot or print the quote.Mary A.

They weren't open to take the drop off the name of the drop off isn't 76 it's now a patriot which now contracts with the smoke shop to take the drop off and they weren't there for the drop off called Custer service a â€œLaquishaâ€ was beyond rude told me to â€œfigure it out thenâ€ because she had it listed as a 76 asked me if I was playing games made me an hour late for work had to called the place I rented from who advised I called Eureka ask for the AFM Eureka office was helpful but could not assist in contacting the Willow Creek office-you all need to get it together I missed time at work had to pay for additional child care a friend to take the Uhaul and take the Uhaul back. UPDATE AND ORGANIZE YOUR INFORMATION AND LAQUISHA ON THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY! I am leaving a yelp review about this nightmare also this cost me over $400 now because of your misinformation and poor service. When we could finally drop off the Willow Creek lady was nice to my friend and apologized corporate had the wrong information but still left me hanging and with further expensesShannon C.

I really enjoyed the costume service. Rose was really nice and informative. She did a great job in calling me and letting me know when trucks were available. I would recommend this location because it's the only one in this rural area. The next closest one is over an hour away. The truck was clean. Before I left the location I noticed the oil light was staying on. I went back in to tell the agent. She said she knew about it and told me not to be concerned. Before I began my trip over a steep and curvy uphill mountain pass with a heavy load I checked the oil and it was very low. Below the lower one of the two dots. I didn't want to be sitting on the side of the road broke down so I added some oil. Returned the truck a few hours later but they didn't have a key drop so I had a friend return the key the next morning. (I live 35 miles away). When I received my email receipt I had been charged for fuel even though I added the necessary amount of fuel the night before. I was also charged for 20 miles that the manager had agreed to not charge me for when I rented the truck. Basically I was overcharged about $35 not including the $6 for the quart of oil. Because I wasn't present at the key return I couldn't dispute these things. I didn't bother attempting to dispute them after the fact because I learned years ago that Uhaul doesn't budge when it comes to returning money that they took by overcharging so why waste my time.Christopher W.

Had originally scheduled a pick in eureka ca, and the called me the day before my move and told me the size trailer I had had reserved 1 1/2 months before the day of my move would not be available. I was upgraded for no additional cost but I had to drive 45 min one way to willow Creek, ca. This was a HUGE inconvenience on the day we were set to start moving across the country. Just based off this experience i would advise people to use any other option before using uhaul. Trailer was great! Planning and logistics very very poor. Sad.Joshua S.

This was by far the worst experience I have had with U-Haul. My location was changed multiple times and I did not get the trailer I order two months prior. I will never be using U-Haul ever again. The customer support was unhelpful and rudeMolly M.
