Maybe remodel so when it’s hot or cold enough people can stand inside and not have to stand so close each other . It’s not quarantine anymore but personal space is needed when I’m putting my PIN number in to pay.

JOSE RMake sure that the truck is there. Someone does not want to drop off or pick up there different equipment ( I.e. truck and auto trailer) from different locations. Everything should be at one. It should be abo it customer service not on mission needs for you guys. Let the customer drop off equipment at one place and use your employees to take the equipment wherever you need it in towns. My pickup and drop off experience was absolutely horrible. The truck was not there and then the dispatch sent me to another location which was close and then to another location where the truck was there and not the trailer. Then had to reschedule the trailer because it was at a different location. Then when I dropped off the trailer and my storage was at the same place and I ask customer service on the phone to drop off at the same location and they said no.

GUILLERMO GWe have rented U-hauls for the past two decades and have never had an issue until now. And when we had an issue we received horrible customer service. The cargo van that we rented had an issue with the key fob not unlocking. We tried multiple times to unlock it but to to no avail. We called U-haul who put in a call to roadside assistance. Roadside assistance never showed up. When I went downstairs to get some fresh air after waiting for two hours I decided to try the key fob again. This time it worked and locks unlocked. We left the van unlocked while we grabbed the last two items. We were stranded in Seattle for two hours without any assistance. My purse was locked inside the van so I could not even walk to get something to eat. And NO ONE told us that the key fob had a key on the inside. We could have easily unlocked the doors ourselves if we had known. I made a CAF claim and received a phone call back from Heyden Ball (regional manager) and he was rude and unhelpful. He didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. He said we could not get a refund because the van worked. I explained what had happened but he did not care whatsoever. Horrible customer service! I will never use U-haul again.

It wasnt until after getting to pick up i was told that ritzville was full and couldn't take it so I would just need to start calling around my area to find a location thats not full and can take it, which is the last thing I want to do after 2 days of moving, and the extra drive all the way back west to moses lake to return it when we finally found a place.

MICHAEL LIt added significant driving time to pick up at this location instead of where I booked it in Tacoma. The mattress plastic wrapper with handles was awful, the handles ripped of off, definitely not worth $30. After the extended drive, no restroom available at this location.
Michael MDaily rental totals out a little high in my opinion. If the rental is that high, we should. It have to refuel the truck and hand truck should be included. Other than that, no other issues.

christian lThe APP is a sham. Took photos of how dirty the truck was when I received it. The truck was a little cleaner when I dropped it off. Submitted photos through the APP and they still charged the cleaning fee.
