Went to turn in the truck a day early and noone was there. Went by again several hours later, still noone there. My cellphone from Texas did not work in this area so could not call. Finally put keys and contract in drop box, again, A DAY EARLY!! Could not go to uhaul website as box instructed because I did not have any internet service or cell phone service. He apparently didn't get around to checking it in till noon the next day. Now I'm being charged another day!?!?! Tried calling customer service after I saw the email showing another days charge and of course noone there at this time. So, now I have to take time out of my work schedule tomorrow to deal with this garbage!! Overall a pretty piss poor experience. I think I'll use Ryder next time!!! Someone at uhaul is getting an earful tomorrow!!

Noone there. Supposed to leave gas tank three quartets full we left it full and they still charged me $1.17 for 2 extra miles. Sorry we Gave them too much gas back.

The man that I worked with seemed very unaware how to use the Uhaul system. I had all the information filled out for him ahead of time and he had to call support a couple times to get it figured out. I had put my debit card information in online to hold the truck and when I got there he said he needed to re-enter my card information. My card is brand new and has plenty of money in the account to cover this transaction but the system would not take it. After roughly five failed attempts with the debit card he asked if I had a credit card he could try. I, of course, gave him a credit card and the system took it first try. My complaint is that I had no intent on using a credit card and was not informed that I would be charged a fee of $9.02 on top of my $57.23 order. I could have easily written a check.
