The process of requiring 3 people to pick up the phone is crazy! It felt particularly unfair that the website made it seem like an easy remote process. Instead I had to bother all my friends to get them to pick up a spam-y phone number with no notice, and the pick up took way longer than I expected. In addition, the website did not say what was required when I shared contact info.

Interaction with the owner from the beginning was horrible. He needs a class in customer service. My first time renting a truck from somewhere that’s doesn’t specialize in just the u haul side of things. So i never used an online system other than just booking the truck.
Dwight BNo one answers the phone. There was no signage so I spent 10 minutes looking for the office tp pick up the key. The dolly i paid for wasnt on the truck which i didnt realize until I was moving furniture. The gas tank was ok empty when I picked it up.

ANDREW FThe location is in a strip mall with many other businesses. It's main signage is for the car audio business so a little hard to see the U-Haul signage among all the other visual clutter. If the name of the business had been printed on the return info then it would have been easier to find. Otherwise staff was friendly and would rent from there in the future.

FITWI GI would have given 5 stars if the back of the truck hadn’t clearly been slept in with lots of trash, a knife, lighters, beer cans, not to mention the copious amount of unknown liquid in several pools in it. Thankfully I wasn’t moving anything that needed to actually be clean and dry otherwise it would have been a serious issue.
Laura DThe gentleman who rented the U-Haul to me was very friendly. The inside of the truck was very clean, when I opened the back the customer before me left their trash in there. Other than that I will rent from this location again.

Mark DThe gentleman at Extreme Car Audio was very nice and helpful. I know its not the fault of Extreme Car Audio, but unfortunately the trailers are parked in an area where homeless are frequent. The trailers have a strong smell of urine and I had to use large amounts of sanitizer spray to try and reduce the odor so that my items did not absorb the urine smell.

James BThe drop off was done through the app so I didn’t interact with anyone. However, two days later I received a call that I hadn’t dropped off the truck, which I did. Apparently the location had not checked it in.
Lucia HNobody there seemed to know what to do, I ended up with a dolly I did not rent because it was in the back of the truck and nobody had looked at it. The truck was attached to a trailer I did not want, and I had to figure out how to disconnect it by myself because there was inadequate staff there to handle the rentals. The staff that was there was pleasant, but ignorant. I ended up on the phone with a guy who said he was out of state. They did give me a $25 discount for the trouble.
