Nothing everything is handled over the internet, and the uhaul site froze, preventing it from working
Stephen W.We were delayed 2 hrs because the rear passenger tires were damaged. We started loading and the tires blew/went flat. The tired were old and worn. We had to call for roadside assistance delaying us 2 hrs on what was already limited time. Roadside assistance was great to get it taken care of and the man who fixed it was nice. Just would have been nice if we didn't have to face the issue before we even got started. We should pick up the trucks with a full tank.

LEWIS M.This is a BP station, not an Exxon station, which was confusing since I was looking for an Exxon station. I drove by it and wasted time looking for an Exxon station. They only had 2 U-Haul trucks so it wasn't obvious that they were a U-Hail facility!

Ray S.My reservation wasn't in the system and was forced to rent a larger trailer for twice the amount. The person at the filling station was too busy helping other customers to even pay any attention that I needed help and was on a schedule that became extremely tight because I waited so much for him. When I asked for help hooking the trailer up I was ignored, they pretended they no longer spoke English!!! At 10:30 I got a phone call from a different location asking if I was going to come get the trailer I had rented. Overall an absolutely horrible experience!!!

KENNETH O.My appointment to pick the truck was at 7:00am. I drive 3 hours to be there. The facility did not even open until 8:00am. The owner of the facility had a very poor attitude and told me too bad, I could go somewhere else and pick up a truck. This out my already stressful day an hour behind schedule. I feel that there should some compensation for have to wait an hour past my scheduled pick up time.
Christopher H.The truck I reserved for drop off near the home I was moving to ended up not being available at the originally designated location near the home I was moving from. Another location was selected for me and it was arranged (without my consent) that I would return the truck to the location I picked it up from. This was a huge inconvenience on top of an already stressful day. The store clerk was unaccommodating and my husband and I ended up spending an additional two hours on the road at the end of an exhausting day. When we did present to return the truck, the claymore clerk hadn't had the training to accept the uhaul return, so that was an additional ordeal.
DEANNA B.I could not understand the man that we rented from. He also did not have a lot of patient. It ended up costing double from what was quoted over the phone. The truck had a smell and needed to be swept out. It got some of our things dirty. No I will not use U-Haul again.
Patrice B.This was a gas station. I'm a 55 yo female. There was no one there to help attach the equipment to my vehicle. The attendant was kind but difficult to understand. He asked a customer to help me, but the customer did nit attach the lights. We had to figure that out. When returning the trailer, I had to skillfully back it into a very specific spot for him. The parking area is not large at all and maneuverability is not conducive to equipment renters with little trailering or truck driving experience.

Absolutely disappointed Will never use U-Haul again

ricky P.The truck had damage and leaked water awful. It soaked like 15 of our boxes which one was pictures and ruined half of them. Also we were supposed to have received a 20 mike credit because the dealer near us didn't have a truck and this wasn't given a check out either. I expect a phone call from uhaul and for this to be rectified.
RUSS M.I need a friggin receipt. Was a one way rental and turned the truck in at Uhaul Neighborhood Dealer, 11240 Cumming Hwy, Canton, GA 30115. They said a receipt would be emailed to me, yet I got none. Called and the girl couldn't figure out how to do it. I have to have a receipt, as my company is reimbursing me, but only with receipt!!!
john M.two things. we rented a 17 ft truck a week out only to get to the location and be told they did not have our reservation or a 17' truck. ridiculous. also, this is a convience store, so the clerk has to stop everytime a customer for the store comes in, to take care of them before finishing with you. makes the transaction take much longer.

Nancy V.Gas station is staffed with one attendant, who is responsible for everything. Uhaul customers take longer than a convenience store / gas purchase, and the small gas station can be surprisingly busy, so be prepared to take 45-60 minutes before the employee is able to complete the uHaul rental process, especially on a weekend. Rental was also a little frustrating due to previous customer not returning the truck we had reserved, so we had to get a smaller truck and take more trips, resulting in double the mileage we had planned, costing us almost double what we had planned. Overall, nice enough people, just not a convenient experience.

Thomas K.No real improvements. Location is part of a gas station. Trailer loading was difficult due to the slope the trailer was on up against the curve. They need stop blocks behind the trailer to keep the back in from resting on the curb so the trailer can be tilted on to the tongue of the truck.
Brian S.I was charged $5 for a dolly I did not use and another $5 for furniture pads that were not in the truck because I didn't need them. I would have declined them since I was only moving stuff in storage bins and boxes.

Didn't bother telling me you changed the location probably do this to just to add more billable mileage. Same thing everytime we rent from Uhaul. Had to 45 minutes to pick it up. Then when returning 30 minutes and they gave up finally received email two days later
James B.Michael was great, but they were short staffed when we returned the vehicle. I was unable to discuss the final bill and did not get any paperwork as they asked for my receipt when I brought it back. So I had no receipt except what was mailed to me. I do have questions regarding the bill but do not know who I should ask at this point. I have used other U-haul location and this was by far the best experience we have ever had with all of them even the U-Haul stores. The vehicle was very nice and not worn out.
THE G.This location did not meet any expectations I had. The 1 person who could handle our reservation was late to arrive and we had to wait on her. She was not efficient with the computer and had to call someone twice to complete our order. After signing the paperwork, she did not show us to the trailer nor did a walk around. We had to ask her where the trailer was located. We will never use this location nor recommend it.

Staff has to run register and handle uhaul business Plus they don't have any pricing details visible so you dont know what you are being charged until they print it out. I had to correct two mistakes and it took forever. Numerous phone calls made by worker to get it right. I will not use this location again

ARTUR B.I'm highly agitated with the pricing. I drove 40 miles and it was 79 cents per mile. Also with the insurance @12 and the bundle for the covers and dolley which was also 8. I should've paid only 51 because that's what it says on the site yet I didn't.

They only had one person working, which caused me some delay. i thought i had set up for "express" rental, but when i arrived, it seemed i had to wait on the attendant. the attendant was great and handled my rental as quickly as possible, but with it being a gas station/convenience store, other customers did delay my rental. otherwise, this was a great rental.

CHEROKEE F.During both pickup and drop-off of the trailer, the employees seemed frazzled because 8 apparently showed up at their peak time for the gas station and there was only 1 person working each time. They trailer itself didn't have a "kickstand" to support it when it wasn't hooked to our hitch. That made it difficult because the trailer qas quite heavy when filled
