I was surprise,very surprised where I am only 4 km from the pick up location of theunit to my house and use only the unit 1 trip from my house back to the pick up location, but all of the sudden I pay 31km of travel after returning the unit. OMG. How ?
OSCARITO Ps, I know that they had 10 ft truck, but once I get there ask for the truck he said its not available. His wife has to convince him to get me a truck. Wherever I go there he asks me to pay at least 400 as deposit for cash and I am sure it’s usually 100-150 deposit. Even when I use credit card he authorize 200 from my credit card as I know Uhoul usually charges the price of the truck and km if you exceed the km they charge upon returning the truck.

Megan MWhen I picked up the truck, the lady inside EEZEE Mart was so friendly and kind. Gave me a run down of how the truck rental works and I ended up needing to extend my rental and the General Manager John was easy to deal with. Upon dropping off the Uhaul the guy Jeet at the counter was very kind, well communicated and shared some good laughs. The truck itself was a bit older or used but worked great. It was a little dirty but its spring and roads are filthy. It was a good deal. $19.95/day plus .99c/km. We loved how there was an option to hire movers. We paid for 2 hrs but ended up needing 3 overall great experience and if ever I need to move, Im gling to do it this way again.

Arpit GThe van we rented was very dirty inside & out. The passenger seat had something all over the side of it and it looked like blood or food that was red in colour. Very gross! The inside of the windshield was dirty and something sprayed on the inside of the passenger side. The gas was at 7/8 full when we picked it up…yet we filled it to full when we dropped it off. If I need to rent another unit in the future, I will likely see what other companies there are in Edmonton to be honest. I have rented U-Haul units in the past at other locations in other cities and never had this experience.
Miles HIn website I booked 7:30am for pick up time but when I went to the store, it’s closed they’ll open 8am. I called the u haul customer service they said that they have no control about it that the store didnt updated their operational hours. The agent said she’ll credit me $50 for the incomvenience.
Patrick GI was expecting the inside of the rental to be clean. Unfortunately there was garbage and broken glass on the floor and a significant amount of mud and dirt. As a result, the items being moved have to be cleaned. The ‘cab’ area had layers of dust and grime, and more importantly, the vehicle needed an alignment. I gave rented from this location before and my previous experience was much better.

Jaime DBefore we took the truck, we have taken a photo of the dashboard showing the fuel level was one third not half and also the milage was 13094. When we returned, we traveled 78 kms and filled again $20 gas. They say that the tank was half and though we showed the photo, it was not agreed.

. AThe staff were friendly and helpful. The uhaul truck was in great condition. The uhaul debit machine had technical issues but that seems to always happen at all uhaul locations.

Manoj HI had a very disappointing experience at the U-Haul location inside Ezee Market in Millwoods. The person working there was completely unprofessional — no greeting, no proper welcome, and he wasn’t even wearing a uniform or nametag. When I asked for his name, he said it was “Garry”, but his attitude was extremely rude and disrespectful. This is not the kind of service anyone expects from U-Haul. I will never return to this location and would not recommend it to anyone. Very poor customer service

Anoop CI got quoted and paid $170 for 135 Miles max, I only used 134 miles but they charged my credit card another $92 extra. This not acceptable!

Suyash SIt was my first and good experience to hire a U-Haul for moving a furniture. It was easy to hire and find a good truck. Overall it costed me $77 for 49 km journey including rental rate. So my request is to lower the per km cost or remove rental cost so that one can hire frequently in such kind of service. Because on market place, most of the things are sold at very nominal charges and most of the people wants cheap way for its moving. Now the things - sold on market place are almost under $100 and its moving cost is about almost the same price. So if you lower the cost of your service, more people would prefer to use it frequently. Ultimately your business would grow hire with multiple people using it frequently.
