CHEYENNE CWay over priced. A 19.95 truck cost me almost $120. Was not told it's 1.50 a mile. Truck was from US. South side to north side and back. It cost me less when I moved from Millet to millwoods. Alot further. Never again

When I returned it to the same spot where I picked up (behind the store). Went to return the keys. They aakes me to drive it back to the front of the store. In order to check it. They are really unprofessional and rude.

Itayi BVery poor. Doesn’t help you. Doesn’t give you any information. Doesn’t know how to do the job correctly. After more than 1 week I still have to call and trying to fix all the bullshit they made. They closed my contract even saying that they paid my deposit back and is a lie. I want my money back. The manager is a jerk, he called me for supposedly help me and the only thing he did was call me a liar. I don’t recommend this to anyone
Robert HVehicle was not clear and I was driving at evening 6 pm in winter. Light was fully covered with dust. Can not see anything in dark.
Alkeshkumar BVehicle was ready, checkout was simple, gas was a little low but they gave me a credit towards the refill. I used less km than anticipated, so final total was less than initially authorized. Good all around.

Shawn LCheck in issues. To make it clearer you should advise somewhere "use alternative device if experiencing permission issues" the truck should have regular maintenance done. Clean truck

Richard TI had very bad experience, I couldn’t find the key drop off box . I spent almost 2 hours for searching and talk with representatives to find the box but couldn’t find at all . There is no box for key drop off . I definitely not recommend for this place to take your vehicle.
