The app was a pain in the butt this time around. We arrived at 12:45 p.m. and it took 25 minutes to get through all the details.

Robert LReturned the uhaul with a 1/4 of gas as I was told and I took a picture. They claim it had 1/8 tank and charged me for fuel and mileage when I was told unlimited mileage when I rented it.

Jake KI’m actually waiting for a call back from a regional manager for issues I had with my reservation. I also ordered a dolly but there was no dolly with the truck. The truck was great, no problems. My issue was the reservation side. The truck ended up costing me $80 more than it originally should have been.
Derek BEverything was easy to do to reserve the truck online. The free storage unit for 1 month with 1 way rental was a major savings as well as very helpful. The people I interacted with during pick up and drop off were polite and professional. I will use U-Haul again.
Lawrence HTheir website says they r open 11-2. We went there to rent a uhaul and no one was there to do it. Don't advertise u r open to do it then not be there.

The guy asked me to let him take a picture of my debit card and license. I would never do that for anyone. I won’t be renting from there again. I will go across town.

BRADLEY DThis location helped me unhitch the trailer but I was charged for an entire 2nd day when I was 45 minutes late. I asked when I ordered the UHaul and was told it would be prorated by the hour if I was late.

Mark SI will not be renting from this company again from you. The delivery address this change was pushed me 45 minutes out of my way. Several calls and bouncing around to several different representatives at the headquarters gilded zero results. I ended up having to find the location myself different from what I was initially told. Also I was quoted $79 for my rate I was charged $99 for the trailer. This is the second rental I’ve had from U-Haul this year the first rental blew a tire five minutes into the trip it was clear the tire was bad before I even left and they did not do appropriate maintenance on the trailer. Customer service was of absolute zero help on multiple phone calls. When I asked they move a trailer to the desired location I was told that’s not something that is done. I find it hard to believe there is an a truck available since you rent trucks, that couldn’t transfer the trailer to my desired location. I will not be recommending you to my friends family or otherwise an intent to take to social media as well to let people know if my experience.

James SThe individuals at the location were extremely friendly and helpful. Your guy on the phone “Shawn” is very rude. A customer should never be talked down to. I’ve never had an issue with Uhaul....anymore contact with him and I may be shopping around.
