The app would not let me upload pictures for return. I called the original number quoted for the location as well as the phone number from the voicemail of the original number listed. There was no answer for directions. Your app failing to operate should not constitute an additional charge on my part.

There was no space to park when dtopping off. Also, no one can be reached as well.. there was emergency contact on it which was not in use. I felt helpless yesterday dropping it off.
Parimal PJusto rocks! In this world where you expect problems Justo is the solution. My wife had set the return for another location however the location on Airport Rd was right next to us. I brought the truck over there hoping I could return it there but inside I knew there would be some issue. Surprise !!!! Justo said , “I’ll just change the return location, you’re all set”. May not seem like much but honestly dealing with Justo was a breath of fresh air. I will ABSOLUTELY rent from this location in the future. Darren
Fabiana CI requested in my reservation to check in at the counter. Despite arriving earlier than my expected time, the office to the storage facility was closed. I called the number on the door and only reached a voicemail on the owner. I checked in on my phone, provided my driver's license and other info, but didn't receive any instructions for accessing the truck. Finally I texted "Help" to the support number. A live person wrote back, converted my reservation to a mobile pick up. So I had to enter all my information and take photos of my driver's license a second time. Then I had to wait for a while before the verification process completed. I estimate I had been at the location for an hour at this point. Finally the verification completed and I was able to access the key. It took another thirty minutes to take all the pictures of the truck and mileage as cell service was terrible at this location. The process timed out twice before it finally went through. So I'm already over 90 minutes behind in my schedule, then I get a text from U-Haul stating: "Currently, we are scheduling other families who are waiting for equipment coming into the area you are returning to. Please click the link to confirm your drop off date/time so we may help the next family." I'm sorry, no I am not going to give an estimate return time given how late I was. Counter service shouldn't even be an option if the owner isn't going to be there.
