Spoke to customer service 12/11/2021. Had to change drop off location due to ANOTHER rep making me a storage reservation at a facility that had zero storage units available. He changed my drop off location to this EZ place. Got there 12/12/2021, it was CLOSED. Nowhere to park the Uhaul, Nothing. Luckily I was able to do online drop off and drop keys off but we didn't know where to leave the truck. There were no parking stalls. We just left it at their premises and left keys in drop off box. The whole experience from the time we got to Vegas was terrible.Monica G.

This place is a great for some but it's not for every one if you want climate controlled and a place to go hang out with the stuff you can't keep with you then this is the wrong place but if you need a clean unit and what you store is not going to rot or spoiled well this is ideal thanks easy storage for the unit it was perfect for my needsCameron S. | Overall Experience

After returning the truck, I received my statement which showed 000. This truck was return early and I should have have gotten a refund. Then I called your customer service rep., which tried to explain that from city to city on a one way if you return early, the rest of the money stay with U-HAUL. NO ONE AT THE PICK POINT EXPLAIN THIS AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR SERVICES THAT I DIDN'T USE. I NEED SOME TO CALL ME SOONClarence J.

Terrible location to get in and out off. I'm not sure how a bigger UHaul could have fit in the parking lot. I had to call the office when we arrived and lady acted like she didn't want to come out and help. Once she came out she was okay.Michael B.

Kelly was very nice and helpful but I don't have much respect for the home office. I made a reservation here and at 7:30 am they changed it on me to another location. Not being a teenager with phone in hand 24/7- I didn't see or want a location change. Took some time to unravel this.Karen F.

The woman told me I could return the uhaul at any location. I went to return truck to a diff location closer to where I moved and was told it would cost me 200 if I didn't return it back to where I rented. I explained to the guy what I was told by the original woman and he said sorry can't help you. Bad customer service. Will not recommend this company to anyone ever.Antonio S.

Review reservations made online instead of giving customer a hard time at pick up. Ensure that when a customer returns truck and key and place both in a secured place of your facility as instructed for after hours, the company checks the truck in so that daily payments would not be taken out of the customers account.Eric G.

FALSE ADVERTISMENT! U-Haul is advertised as storage and truck rentals. I would've never rented a storage unit had i known before hand it wasn't uhaul. I was quoted one rate and charged more when I got there. Given every excuse why the woman that originally helped me couldn't do that. Horrible customer service!JAMES G.

Extremely limited space for a 15' truck. Because it was dropped off in the evening, the place was closed and there was no easy place to put the truck. There needs to be more space for larger trucks to be parked when the office is closed. Also, when I ordered the uhaul online and picked up the truck, I was told 0.29 per mile was what the over-milage charge would be. I was charged 0.40 per mile. I am not sure where the miscommunication landed, whether on the standard urhaul pricing or a mistake on the drop-off location personnel, but this item specifically should be resolved sooner than later, as this deals with a customer's money and what they are expecting to pay. Other than those two items, there is nothing else.KEVIN S.

Locations gate was broken and could not accept the truck back. The problem began when desk clerk contacted a representative of uhaul, the Rep was rude and did not care about the inconvenience this issue caused. I asked her was she willing to accommodate me? She told me it was only a mile and a have out my way to take the truck to another location. Key word (out of my way) In my opinion she made uhaul look foolish and petty. So I was unwilling to move the truck any further. I had met my required contract responsibility, parked the truck, handed the desk clerk the keys and told your representative "sense it was only a mile or so, she could figure out how to pick up the truck.PAMELA W.
This is about the store on E. Craig Rd. because the person at the Lamb address was not sure how the trailer worked, she recommended I go to the Craig store. Casey and Vanessa, I believe, were the employees who diagnosed the problem and fixed it, then Vanessa accompanied me back to the other property and loaded my car correctly, securely and safely for my trip. They deserve recognition (raise/bonus) as well as the manager (Scott?) who permitted her to help me at the other store. Superb customer service above and beyond these two ladies' and gents duties and extremely knowledgeable of their job, duty, safety and equipment.curtis L.

Out street/Race car broke at the Vegas speedway,and we live in Phoenix...this U-haul store was just around the corner, they had the best price and the right equipment on hand to tow the car home. Kathy Paul was rude, very unprofessional and had no idea what she was doing. After rudely telling my ride to leave the office and to "hurry up and close the door because the A/C was on, it took her 50 minutes to figure out how to make a copy of my license. She proceeded to tell my my nephew to shut up and also told my neice and nephew not to drink all her water from the lobby dispenser and to share a cup because they were going to use cethem up.Paula R.

Make sure you dont park inside of the gates because you will not be able to get in until someone who rents storage there goes in and then you're held hostage until someone leaves as well (coded in and out ).Pamela Day T.
