The man who was working in the gas station was alone. He was also the one doing Uhaul transactions. He had to ask a customer to make sure my car was correctly anchored to the tow dolly. The windshield was filthy and the truck cab smelled like cigarette. The truck also made an obnoxious belt squealing noise when accelerating.Angela B.

Cleaner and faster service than Chicopee main Uhaul office. The guy was nice. The truck was very clean. The price was good too, compared to some other uhaul companies. This will be our go to uhaul from now onKaycee P.

The person receiving the truck did not understand how to read the gas gauge and insisted that I had not filled the tank up far enough even though I filled it more than enough. Eventually he gave in, but it required showing him why I was right and standing very close to him for an extended period.Amy V.

The young man minding the store was as helpful as he could be considering his lack of proper training. The manager was not on site, and was difficult to get in contact with. Once the manager was contacted the equipment returned was completed.Gregory T.
Attendant could not complete the contract to release the truck. He had to call someone in . We were delayed 30 minutes picking the truck up. Give the attendant additional training!David K.
