Stephen RHad a hard time finding the trailer I needed. Had one reserved but the business wasn’t opened on Sunday even though the U-Haul web said they were open 1 to 4. Took 5 hours and a tank of gas to find one.

There also isn't any cell service at this location so I couldn't use my phone to drop it off the same as pick up. The staff were really friendly though

Walter DIt was 8pm on Saturday drop off to this location. It was nestled way back on a country road with absolutely no lights or phone service. I wasn't able to perform the drop off due to the service issues with phone. Was charged for fuel and extra mileage incorrectly.
Jessica OGreat location, great people. But renters just need to be aware that they might not have a mobile phone signal or internet service in that area. I had planned to return the truck using my mobile phone, but I couldn't do that so I had to go inside. This was fine because the location was open, but it would have been bad if it had been after hours. I would suggest adding a warning about this when people rent.

Donna RI was originally scheduled to pick up the trailer at Ryno’s Tire Service in Canton, NC. When I got there they were closed. I am very dissatisfied with the pick up process because of the time and distance I had to go to get to the second location.

Kyle BAVOID using this place for U-Haul services at all costs. Poor customer service, and scam artists on top of it. I was told this was my U-Haul return location, and I could not change it. Walked in, nobody at the counter. Was eventually directed to a dirty back office and made to wait again until the woman there could be bothered to pay attention to something other than her phone call. Then, no hello, just “You need to go back outside and get me the mileage and gas reading.” Went back out, gave her the info she needed, and was told to go, as she was still on the phone. An hour or so later I got my receipt, and was charged $40 for an extra day. Just shameful.

Gerard CThe lady at the register was nice but not knowledgeable about the uhaul program. The person who does know wasn’t there, even though on the website they say they close at 7, and we got there around 5:30pm. She had us write down the truck mileage, and the next day I got my receipt and I got over charged by like 50 miles. The whole experience in general (from truck pick up to drop off) has made me so unimpressed with uhaul as a company that I will definitely go through someone else next time.

The first place I had a reservation didn’t show/was closed when I went to pick up my trailer and the person at the UHaul call center was very helpful in locating another pick up location. Only suggestion is to confirm/update hours of all UHaul locations.
Frances SFirst off the place was way out of the way, in the middle of nowhere. It wasn’t my initial pickup spot and I found out after several hours of trying to get in contact with UHaul that the original location was closed…for unknown reasons. I did not not feel safe and would have cancelled my reservation had my boyfriend not been there. Second, when I was finally able to get someone on the phone the first time, they made the switch for the pick-up location but failed to communicate effectively how far out the new location was. When I reached out again to ask more questions, after waiting for 15 minutes, I was hung up on before I could finish asking my questions. Finally, I completed the online check-in which was supposed to cut the time down only to have to go through the whole process again in office. After this experience, I doubt I’ll use your services again or recommend them.

Timothy JThey were working on Sunday which turned out to be the day i really needed the truck so thank you!! Mostly good except we had no cold air conditioning during the hot part of the day & the driver door was a little dirty. Besides that it was good. Lovely store & nice ladies working.
Freddie RUhaul truck was rented out with low air in rear left tire. The sensor on the dash lit up the next morning and I had to get AAA to put more air in tire. It was at 55psi and was supposed to be at 80! The truck was fairly clean. Fuel was at 3/4 tank so I did have to get more before hitting the road.

Ryan OThe overall experience was horrendous! The original pick up location was closed, fesulting in an addition 20 drive the opposite direction to pick up...Ferguson clerk and equipment. Codition were only positives.?.then on drop off there was NO 24HR DROP OFF....waited for OVER 30 min to hear back from someone authorizing drop off...VERY DISAPPOINTED

Gina HThis pickup location is inconvenient for residents in Asheville. The hostess made me feel accosted when I refused the U-HAUL insurance. She also set a U-HAUL return location in an inconvenient area that could not be changed.
