I had originally asked for a 20' truck & due to availability was offered the 15' truck which I accepted. The challenge on your box size is that it is not clear that the whole box is not 15'. It measures 15' with the space available over the cab. In my case I was picking up a carpent which was 14' long and it needed to lie flat. Having reached the warehouse I found that the carpet could not lie flat with the gate closed. This created a problem in that I was 50 km from my pickup location, so I had to drive home with the gate not entirely down. Had the weather been inclement, I would have had to drive back or find a dealer in the Kelowna area. All in all it would be much simpler if the true flat area in the trucks was posted!! I had to purchase some tie downs etc to drive home which added to the cost of my trip. This is a corporate issue, not a dealer issure.
Mark IMake sure km is correct to travel due to wildfires. I was charged extra due to them giving me only 140 km from Vernon to Kamloops but due to the wildfires I had to take the long route which exceeded my km by 25km. Also place was an absolute disaster when pulling up junk everywhere. And took about 45 minutes to be helped as well.
Brandon GThe place was a mess with no clear indication about where to park and/or drop off the vehicle. Thankfully, the fellow who was working late was kind and was able to assist and take care of the paperwork. I would not have been able to handle a drop off through an app. The whole experience was a gong show from start to finish. I will NEVER use UHaul again.

Dan GThe tires were not at the correct pressures when I picked up the trailer. I didn’t fill to the specified pressures, but this was an inconvenience for my situation. As well, the front right (passenger side) tire was worn to the point I was concerned for its reliability for the haul I rented it for The service at this location was very good
HENRY RI had trouble dropping off the trailer in vernon bc was not told where to drop it off when it was rented in Calgary drove around for 1.0 to find a place who would accept it , trailer leaked in the rain was billed a extra day when it was actually dropped off the day before my experience with U-Haul overall was terrible 2 star rating

DANIEL CThe staff at Feenco Rentals is always exceptionally friendly and efficient. It is the only U-Haul location that I like to deal with in Vernon.
nick rWell run family business. Personally I would not change anything except that the U-Haul system was down when I returned the vehicle and this created delays in recording the return of the vehicle and I received two notices from the head office. Fortunately, the person I dealt with when returning the calls was very good and settled the issue promptly.
