This is for UHAUL Corporate. Stop the AI/digital check-ins. I do not want to scan my eyes nor do I want to do facial recognition. You should not either if you value your privacy. I do not have a phone that I want to do every transaction I do on. Please just give us humans to work with and answer questions. I say no to digital ID and I guess to those companies that use them in the future.

roland fDepends on your definition of clean maybe my standards are too high. Would probably rent from here again but i would definitely document every thing before leaving. If someone actually clean/ sweep the truck and check to make sure the Dolly zip tie hasn't been cut before another customer uses it, I did not notice broken dolly ziptie while doing inspection and then found used qtip & bolt from previous renter. Experience was not bad but if actually cleaned they would have caught both things before I rented it, and would have gotten 5 stars. Employee was fast, friendly and professional.
