It used to be easy to rent a truck. After this experience, I would rather go to the dentist. The lady at Five Star is the only reason I completed this transaction. And please provide some customer service training to traffic in Louisiana. They almost cost you my business.

Cody RThis is for UHAUL Corporate. Stop the AI/digital check-ins. I do not want to scan my eyes nor do I want to do facial recognition. You should not either if you value your privacy. I do not have a phone that I want to do every transaction I do on. Please just give us humans to work with and answer questions. I say no to digital ID and I guess to those companies that use them in the future.
