How U-Haul Reviews WorkThey were great all around! Very easy to work with!
Emma LIt used to be easy to rent a truck. After this experience, I would rather go to the dentist. The lady at Five Star is the only reason I completed this transaction. And please provide some customer service training to traffic in Louisiana. They almost cost you my business.
Robert MI didn't interact with anyone...
Cody RThis is for UHAUL Corporate. Stop the AI/digital check-ins. I do not want to scan my eyes nor do I want to do facial recognition. You should not either if you value your privacy. I do not have a phone that I want to do every transaction I do on. Please just give us humans to work with and answer questions. I say no to digital ID and I guess to those companies that use them in the future.
