The rep, Chanel, at this location was wonderful in helping me navigate this terrible experience. I originally reserved a truck in Sophia, NC but when I arrived the truck was not available. No one called to inform me of this prior. The lady took over an hour to try to find me another truck. I ended up having to drive to Greensboro, NC to get the truck I needed. This was a major inconvenience and killed my timing for the move that day. My original quote was for $154.68 but I ended up paying $199.29, which I still don’t understand. Also, the actual beginning fuel in the truck (that I have a picture on my phone - with time stamp) does not match what the paperwork shows. I am very disappointed in the entire experience
