Not really thislocations fault just U-Haul completely failed. I had my rental arranged at another location and when I arrived they gave it to someone else then I had to chase it down to this place to find it. Then they moved my drop off location to somewhere else also.

This location did not have the furniture pads that I had requested and I had to go to another location to get them. It was about a 20 minute wait at that location for the pads to be prepared. This slowed down my move day.
