This location did not have the furniture pads that I had requested and I had to go to another location to get them. It was about a 20 minute wait at that location for the pads to be prepared. This slowed down my move day.

Ariyah WThe rep, Chanel, at this location was wonderful in helping me navigate this terrible experience. I originally reserved a truck in Sophia, NC but when I arrived the truck was not available. No one called to inform me of this prior. The lady took over an hour to try to find me another truck. I ended up having to drive to Greensboro, NC to get the truck I needed. This was a major inconvenience and killed my timing for the move that day. My original quote was for $154.68 but I ended up paying $199.29, which I still don’t understand. Also, the actual beginning fuel in the truck (that I have a picture on my phone - with time stamp) does not match what the paperwork shows. I am very disappointed in the entire experience
