We’re charged for gas, when we returned truck with quarter tank full, the same as we picked it up with.

I was unable to check in at this location and told me to contact another location; this was after my reservation was shifted to this location due to lack of trucks at the location I originally reserved. Thankfully, a representative from another location was able to assist with check-in at this location. The truck clearly had not been inspected. The gas line was low at just over 1/4 full; thankfully, my move did not require much gas, but if I had to travel farther, this may have been an issue. The truck was also filthy. The cabin and back of truck were covered in sand. Because I had to report the condition of the truck as part of the return process, I was charged a cleaning fee for a mess I did not create.
Madison Dstop redirecting reservations to this location. they don't have any of the supplies y'all claim (furniture pads, dollies). their customer service is terrible. their trucks are dirty. ours was covered with drywall dust. i am incredibly disappointed with my experience.
Crystal HMy location was changed and I was assured this location would have the moving pads I needed, they did not. The person renting me the truck said we could return it to any location in town, so I tried to return it to the original location. That lady was kind enough to explain there would be a very large fee to do that.
Michael YThe truck had piles of tree debris. I asked if they could clean the windshield at a minimum. He got a broom to push off debris. The windshield had a crust on it. When asked if they had a hose, he said to use the windshield wipers.
GREGORY SI was sent two different emails with two different pickup locations. I went to the first and they said they didn't have my reservation. Then I went all the way across town to find out the other location didn't have my truck. It took an hour of driving back and fourth and a call to our local agent to get this right. This setback caused me to have to move out while my psychotic former roommate was home. This set us back another two hours.
Noah BReserved equipment was not present when truck picked up. Had to travel to another store to acquire., finally had to go without appliance dolly. Pretty disappointed. Truck was great but, but overall service was lacking.
RICHARD ERevoke this locations ability to utilities U-Haul services. They have unethical practices. I wouldn’t dare recommend this location to anyone I care about.
