Honor rate when your company’s representative cancels the original reservation due to another customer not returning the truck on time.

Turned the truck in early. Picked up on Thursday, July 23, 2026 and dropped off the truck on July 25, 2026 late in the evening and put the keys in the box provided for after hours drop off. Then received an email from the drop off place on 2752 W Pensacola Street this week attaching a receipt for an extra 5 days totaling $290.00 which had been charged to our credit card. Had to go to the place where we picked up the truck on 3802 Ogeechee Road in Savannah, Ga and they checked and gave us a refund for the $290.00. These girls at Ogeechee Road were very professional and helpful, but whoever is responsible for the drop off place on 2752 W Pensacola Street in Tallahassee evidently did not pick up the keys from the drop box for 5 days after we returned the truck and evidently do not know what they are doing. This is ridiculous for them to think they would get away with charging us an extra 5 days when the truck was turned in early. This needs to be looked into with their way of doing business.

Train the people at that location better because their information is not correct and now I’m going there another headache on top of everything I’m going through personally. I’m being charged for three days and I only rented for a day.

I booked online at the big U-Haul store in Tallahassee. I received a call and was told I had to go to the gas station to get a truck due to the Tennessee St location not having the equipment I needed. After picking up the truck on Pensacola St I was told i had to go to the Tennessee St location because they didn’t carry covers of furniture Dollie’s. I didnt appreciate the run around I got. The Tennessee St store had tons of everything I needed.

We’re charged for gas, when we returned truck with quarter tank full, the same as we picked it up with.

I was unable to check in at this location and told me to contact another location; this was after my reservation was shifted to this location due to lack of trucks at the location I originally reserved. Thankfully, a representative from another location was able to assist with check-in at this location. The truck clearly had not been inspected. The gas line was low at just over 1/4 full; thankfully, my move did not require much gas, but if I had to travel farther, this may have been an issue. The truck was also filthy. The cabin and back of truck were covered in sand. Because I had to report the condition of the truck as part of the return process, I was charged a cleaning fee for a mess I did not create.

stop redirecting reservations to this location. they don't have any of the supplies y'all claim (furniture pads, dollies). their customer service is terrible. their trucks are dirty. ours was covered with drywall dust. i am incredibly disappointed with my experience.

My location was changed and I was assured this location would have the moving pads I needed, they did not. The person renting me the truck said we could return it to any location in town, so I tried to return it to the original location. That lady was kind enough to explain there would be a very large fee to do that.

The truck had piles of tree debris. I asked if they could clean the windshield at a minimum. He got a broom to push off debris. The windshield had a crust on it. When asked if they had a hose, he said to use the windshield wipers.

I was sent two different emails with two different pickup locations. I went to the first and they said they didn't have my reservation. Then I went all the way across town to find out the other location didn't have my truck. It took an hour of driving back and fourth and a call to our local agent to get this right. This setback caused me to have to move out while my psychotic former roommate was home. This set us back another two hours.

Reserved equipment was not present when truck picked up. Had to travel to another store to acquire., finally had to go without appliance dolly. Pretty disappointed. Truck was great but, but overall service was lacking.
