The Store owner takes pride in his work and customer service. The staff are friendly and helpful. Even a quaint little country restaurant inside the convenience store and gas station. The put as much or more pride in the homemade cakes, cobblers and pies. It's worth a stop just for the se :-)
Scott PWhen I picked the truck up there was one employee at the business and she was not trained on your U Haul checkin computer. There were many other customers waiting for other services so I was handed a key and said see you in the afternoon. The afternoon employee was not much better.
Charlie SVery small drop off location with limited personnel. (Gas station-grocery store). This didn't allow for any one to assist in physically helping with drop of tow dolly. It was lunch time and they make and sell food there.

Wesley MIt was a mobile drop off so I did not interact with anyone. The drop box at Foothills Grocery was not in good repair
DORI DIt is a box truck and we towed a truck behind it. Drink milk often and you'll have a milkshake! I am left wondering where out tax dollars go with such rough roads. Anyway, the truck has plenty of power and only had about 22000 miles. It was as pleasant as could be driving 1000 miles. Will use and recomend uhaul no complaints!
STEPHEN NWhen a contract is made for a town (I.e, expected location to drop equipment) it should not be acceptable to switch that at drop off time to a completely different city 40 min away.
