I had a midnight scheduled appointment to pick up truck and it took almost an hour to access it due to the team placing the wrong lock on the truck. Luckily customer service was able to assist by proving me with the correct code to access the lock. When I returned the truck the rep argued me down that I was lying about the lock despite me telling him to look at the info that was provided via the electronic contract I was provided but he insisted that I was wrong. I even asked him to check the notes from customer service. I also asked him if we should check the truck out together before I left and he said not to worry he would take care of it. I noticed on my final bill I was charged for fuel. I called to dispute it and he yelled that he wasn’t going to argue with me and I said it was no need. I offered to show him the visual proof because I took a picture of the gas gauge and odometer before I left and made sure I filled the truck to that exact same level. Once again he disputed and refused to see the proof and told me I would have to call customer service.

Miguel CVehicle I reserved showed to be available, but was not. I was given a much larger vehicle for the same price (which was nice), but it was way more than I needed, and the extra fuel cost was not nice.

Antonio MThis is the easiest place to rent a uhaul. Very friendly and great customer service. 2nd time I've rented from here. If I need a uhaul, which I hope not to move again, I would drive out of the way to get one from here.
Misty MThe address is not good. Google map took us to a different location close to Burger King near 360/Camp Wisdom, I had to use the forever young records to find the right place. Hope this can be corrected.

Jeremy DWas given an inaccurate fuel reading as well as charged a fuel charge that I have to dispute. Only drove 3 miles, barely used any gas and I still put more gas in the truck. Received invoice showing the gas indicator was less than when I initially borrowed the truck. Smh

Joe LU-Haul needs to get their shit together . I rented a truck yesterday and not even an hour later I get pulled over . Guns drawn on me and my dad and we were both scared for our lives. Turns out the truck we rented was reported stolen in Colorado. And even after retrieving it U-Haul failed to report to the authorities that the truck was recovered . I was put in a life or death situation because of your poor ability to do your job . Never again will I ever use U-haul services . I requested a refund because I mean what the hell I was publicly embarrassed and had my life endangered . The First Lady I talked to said that I wasn’t qualified for a refund which is utter Nonsense . And I was told that a area or district manager would talk to me . As of me sending this message no one has reached out to me yet and it’s been 2 hours. On top of that I returned the uhaul about 3 hours ago and Im still getting calls asking when am I going to return it . Just poor service in general .
ISRAEL MThe only thing I had a problem with was. They over charge me for the safe move insurance. I rented the U-Haul for a few hours and returned it back a few minutes late. The safe move insurance was 14. 00 dollars but they put as a 2 day rental. They said they were sorry and to call the number and explain what happened. To let them know dave said he would vouch for what happened. So I can get my money back. Other than that. The men were very nice. I appreciate all the help!

Dylan AThis location gave us a 10 foot truck and auto towing trailer, forgot to dispatch the trailer, resulted in my order for the trailer being cancelled and I had to call to get another one dispached. it costed me another 300+ dollars on top of the $1400 I already paid, thankfully the U-Haul employee who helped me out over the phone was so helpful, I have been told I am being issued a refund but still I feel like this shouldn't have happened in the first place.

Rosalind JWe waited for the guy for about 5 minutes although there weren't more than 2-3 customers, but they where there for records/cassettes/music stuff and there was someone on that side of it. The small Uhaul area was hoarderish looking with boxes stacked up as high as me and I'm 5'3. It was extremely cluttered. Anyways, he opned6his app or whatever, clicked several things, and asked if we had any issues with the truck and we said no. He clicked more stuff. Then said "I'll be right back". 10 minutes later?? He came in and said that the gas was at half and so there was a $17 dollar charge for the gas difference. My husband immediately explained why and what occurred at pickup. Then I said absolutely not, where not paying that extra and if it was gonna be that be of a deal we'll run up the street and put $4-$5 damn bucks in it and deal with the other place tomorrow (Monday). Then the guy said, "Oh well your card has already been charged, so I wouldn't worry about it." Ummm, excuse you?! It would have only been charged that way if while you where outside you hit a button indicating to charge us, so don't play like it was out of your hands. He had absolutely NO RIGHT to charge our card anything additional without speaking with us first. Common CUSTOMER SERVICE 101. Then when I told him he shouldn't have sone that, he basically said, "Well you can let the other place know and let them refund that or whatever they wanna do." Oh, okay, so y'all (both locations) did things wrong, by simply not COMMUNICATING with the customer or doing what you said you'd do, so throw the responsibility of your error back on the customer to fix...... Yeah, that seems about right. I will no longer use Uhaul and we've used them for at least 14 years. I'll go with another company moving forward. If you can't handle and address a simple $17 mess up to take care od the customer then I'll deal with a company that communicates with us first before just charging our card and playing dumb, like you didn't know what you did.
