No lighting for someone picking up in the front of the building placed truck near an area that you cannot see. Too much being charged per mile on top of gas.

This was a strange drop-off place in a semi industrial area...we arrived to drop off our vehicle at the designated return spot. Pulling up, there was a very small enclosed driveway to what looked like an abandoned industrial office entrance - covered by a large overhanging tree and absolutely ZERO light. A red, dust covered sedan sat almost directly in the middle of the driveway blocking any passage behind it. The return instructions on the Uhaul app were simple, but overly so to the point of being clunky. I carefully parked the behind the car and inspected it in the light of my brother's high beams since there was absolutely no light on the property...walked up the unlit steps toward the creepy door to leave the key in the dropbox. These may feel like silly details but they're important in context for the full experience. Sure, it's just a moving truck, but where you drop it off and the time matters. I didn't feel unsafe, but it was definitely a creepy experience. Just something to keep in mind at this location. No lights at night.

This place is a dump, it has 10' tall weeds overgrown covering the building. It felt unsafe. Do any personnel actually work at this location? Also, it would have been nice to know that this location would be closed both Saturday and Sundays when I selected it for the return AND that I'd be charged $20 for returning "after hours" ..but you have to read all the fine print to see that.

I picked up a truck and the low tire gauge was on. Then after we loaded the truck and was headed to our destination it started to pour down rain. It was raining hard. I turned on the wipers, they was working fine at first, then the one on the driver side popped off. I couldn’t see anything. That’s how hard it was raining. I had to drive slow. So I got the truck back to the store and told the guy. I thought I would have gotten a little discount or something but no. It was a very dangerous situation and I wasn’t too happy.

Well the door looks like a dead door, you can even tell is open or not , there should be a sign to be indicate that open the gate, is very hard to tell the place open .

Some of the equipment reserved was not available when I picked up the rental. I was provided with a discount for the inconvenience. It all worked out. I will go back to that location for any rental needs in the future.

Need a corporate person to call me about my complaint was told when I called someone would call in 2-3 days. I do not want a manager or general manager for one of these U-Haul locations to call me because they tell you the same shit and do not help you. I need someone from corporate or higher up to call me on this issue, they were overcharged me a Renner one day they charge me for two I had all these issues with one of the locations that they sent me to that had lazy workers that didn’t want to work which is the location on Tarrant Road in Grand Prairie. So I need someone for corporate to call me since I cannot get a hold of anyone when I call I have called the one 800 number several times the first customer service was helping me put me on hold and then I’m guessing hung up I just forwarded me to the reservation line I put in a complaint on that as well.

When I called for the rental, I asked about the millage and he told me that the rental cost include the millage. At the drop off location, U-Haul charged me additional $13 for excess millage. If I knew of paying more for millage, I could have opted for Home Depot rental which offer unlimited millage. I am very disappointed with U-Haul.

Was not able to completely fill out the checking out phase due to returning the truck at night. The instructions called for pictures of the truck but there are outside lights to take pictures. I was charged an extra $25 for the cleaning fee even though it was clean. But with no lighting, it is difficult to take a picture.

The U-Haul online electronic checkout was difficult to use and took over an hour to complete. The representative on the phone was pleasant and patient as she helped me navigate the web page. Please have a look at the site and improve navigation and clearity of what is expected.of the user.

This was not my primary location I made a reservation at. The previous location did not have my truck available once I got there so I went to this place. It went well but it looked very sketchy.

I don’t think this new way to drop off the uhaul is good. The process takes to too long and it stalls that person there for quite a while. For someone who comes to drop it off at night, that’s not safe. What if the extra 5 to 10 mins it takes to drop it off via online, they get robbed or any other kinda of crime occurs to them? The older style of just having to drop off the key was much safer. I don’t think this is a certain drop off location problem, but has to be changed by corporate. I hope you guys are mindful and take it into consideration before anything happens to someone.

Misty was amazing and Ed was one of the most pleasant people I’ve encounter since moving here.. Misty thoroughly explained everything to me and suggested other things I may need. U-Haul changed my pick up location 4 times without letting me know. I drove around 2 hours to each location they sent me to and didn’t get my rental until the 4th location. I will look to rent from other businesses in the future

When I picked up the haul I was told that the gas tank was full and it was not. I took pictures of the tank before I drove away and submitted it when I answered the pre -drive questions on my phone. I also showed the pictures to the drop off location and they could not help me because I had a one way rental.
