This is my preferred terminal for rentals as the customer service is always excellent. I did not appreciate the return process after hours that required me to self check out. In taking all of the photos, I dropped a $1300 phone and damaged the screen. My fault, but during a process where customers have to do the work of a company.
WILLIAM WIt truly was a great experience overall. If anything, it was a little hard to load things in the 10 ft U-Haul without a ramp. Other than that, it was a really great and easy experience start to finish!
