The outside was poorly maintained, the truck was bad on gas and had a broke windshield wiper during a 12 hr trip in majority rain.

I do not want a manager or general manager for one of these U-Haul locations to call me because they tell you the same shit and do not help you. I need someone from corporate or higher up to call me on this issue, they were overcharged me a Renner one day they charge me for two I had all these issues with one of the locations that they sent me to that had lazy workers that didn’t want to work which is the location on Tarrant Road in Grand Prairie. So I need someone for corporate to call me since I cannot get a hold of anyone when I call I have called the one 800 number several times the first customer service was helping me put me on hold and then I’m guessing hung up I just forwarded me to the reservation line I put in a complaint on that as well.

ASHLEY CURVINWhen I called for the rental, I asked about the millage and he told me that the rental cost include the millage. At the drop off location, U-Haul charged me additional $13 for excess millage. If I knew of paying more for millage, I could have opted for Home Depot rental which offer unlimited millage. I am very disappointed with U-Haul.

Patricia MonrealWas not able to completely fill out the checking out phase due to returning the truck at night. The instructions called for pictures of the truck but there are outside lights to take pictures. I was charged an extra $25 for the cleaning fee even though it was clean. But with no lighting, it is difficult to take a picture.

Janeane ClarkI don’t think this new way to drop off the uhaul is good. The process takes to too long and it stalls that person there for quite a while. For someone who comes to drop it off at night, that’s not safe. What if the extra 5 to 10 mins it takes to drop it off via online, they get robbed or any other kinda of crime occurs to them? The older style of just having to drop off the key was much safer. I don’t think this is a certain drop off location problem, but has to be changed by corporate. I hope you guys are mindful and take it into consideration before anything happens to someone.

tom ladukeWhen I picked up the haul I was told that the gas tank was full and it was not. I took pictures of the tank before I drove away and submitted it when I answered the pre -drive questions on my phone. I also showed the pictures to the drop off location and they could not help me because I had a one way rental.

Keirney RobinsonWhen I dropped the vehicle off on Saturday afternoon, no one was at the site. The online drop-off system wasn't working. When I called U-haul for assistance, the wait was 40-50 minutes. Not happy.
ALAN BEANThis location needs lighting for sure. I loved that it was very close by and I am glad that I had my sister with me to help inspect the truck. It is not well lit for anyone to be dropping off when the sun goes down.

william gilchristMy scheduled pickup was at 11…it took almost an hour to get the truck due to adding multiple alternates and the lock on the truck which was broken! I was very disappointed! And having to speak to someone was a wait of 30-40 minutes! I would never recommend mobile pickup which you claim was easy! But you took my money immediately even before we could get the lock off the truck and the customer service who I was speaking to regarding the broke lock hung up on me! Unacceptable behavior! I will not use U-haul again!

LARRY HILCustomer service was awesome, equipment were clean, but location needs a lot of cleaning up, trees need cutting and entrance area to the building need some paint to brighten it up.
RALPH SMITHService was great! But when u pull up it looks like a abandoned building because of the landscape! ! I happen to see a couple uhaul trailers out back otherwise I wouldn’t have stopped!

Donald HarrisonI returned the truck clean and full of gas. Put the key in the drop box. A day later I received a phone call saying I didn't drop it off.. the police were called on me and then was contacted by a detective asking me if I still had the truck said it was reported stolen!. I've rented other trucks form other companies and have never had 1 complaint! I feel harassed and disrespected. I will probably never use uhaul again nor this location.. they get -5 stars from me
