Don’t overcharge for fuel when I left the truck with more fuel than I received it with
CHARLES SThe nickel and dime fees are atroshish. $19.99 + $15 insurance add on for a small truck rental turns into a $63.00 final charge. $1.49 mile charge is absolutely crazy, on top of having to replace the gas used. Adds up quick people.

MATTHEW SThis was my first ever U-Haul experience. The owner who prepped us for our U-Haul was friendly but gave us the incorrect-sized truck, which was larger than we needed and we were charged for it. He did not review our online reservation with us at the location, so I did not notice the rental error until I saw the emailed receipt. Still, we were already loaded up with our furniture by then, and it was too late to return for the correct-sized truck. I reserved a 15' truck on the U-Haul app, but we received a 26' truck. Luckily, I had another primary driver with me because I would have had trouble driving such a big truck. I had never used U-Haul before, so I did not realize the difference in sizing until I saw the online receipt.

KENNETH SFrank was extremely helpful with getting us set up with a vehicle that was compatible, with what we had to move. Because the truck we scheduled was not available. We had a couple options had to double up the trips and mileage but it worked.

Barry BReceived a shorted out wire setup on trailer. No lights working, and the trailer blew 4 fuses on my car before the problem was located. I was told it was my cars wiring that caused the problem. This was not the case and it took over 24 hours to set us up with a new trailer so we could get on the road a full day later than was planned. This caused us to miss important meetings and set us up for tough start at our new location. U-haul was supposed to get back to me ASAP to try and solve this problem, yet it has now been more than a week and I have not heard back.

James VThey were great when I called last minute. I try to shop local so picked this one. I thought I had returned the tank with the same amount of gas as I received it but it was like communicating with a robot. I won’t go back.

The service representative was friendly and courteous when I went to go pick up the truck and on the phone when I had some questions. I would definitely recommend this U-Haul location! 5 stars for sure!
