The pickup website was a joke. After 40 minutes of attempted pickup we gave up. Luckily the owner was there and he processed it for us. It also took another 30 min to attempt dropoff and finally had to call customer service to drop it off. Also the odometer was way off. Using my phones gps and my fitbit watch i tracked the miles I traveled. What should have been a 43 mile trip turned into a 65 mile according to your truck.Charles B.

Owner wanted us to mop the box, while the sign clearly states it needs to only be broom swept, we did that to avoid a cleaning fee, when we were finishing he brought me window cleaner? I'm not detailing a rental truck,Billy C.

I received a confirmation call on Thursday. When we went on Saturday to pick up the truck we weren't in the computer! I called the 800# and a EXTREMELY rude operator told me that the reservation had been cancelled! I told her that I didn't cancel. She said that it was a mistake on their end. They redone the reservation and my pick up point had been changed to one about 30 minutes away. Upset of course, my husband and I drove to get our truck. We get there and again we weren't in the computer!! Once again I called the 800#. Tiffany is the angel I spoke to. She went out of her way to Call a pick up place just to make sure they had us in their computer and that the truck was there. She also gave us a discount because of the crap we went through. So in answer to the question â€œwhat can you do?â€ Fix your system of doing things and hire more caring people like Tiffany! The rude lady needs to be fired immediately!!!Donald W.

Very helpful at this location despite the fact that the company uhaul double booked a 15'truck which forced me to get a 26' truck and have to drive 55 miles to get it (not to mention)... but the employees at this location were more than accommodating in trying to save me some money because U-Haul screwed up so bad.Michael A.

The system used by uhaul to enable certain locations for pick up but not have uhaul employees is extremely ineffective. The personnel at the location were unable to assist with extra charges which resulted in more calls to the uhaul 800 number. After problems on pick up and drop off after making an internet reservation, I will not use Uhaul again.

As far as the places they were great but the only concern I had was the fact that it pretty much gave me enough miles to get to the U-Haul to my home and then to where I was moving. So I went over a couple of Miles because of the fact that I had to bring it from my home to drop it off.Amber F.
