Absolutely the best! I appeared in person without a reservation bc the location where I did name my reservation was closed due to illness. Frazier got me on the road in 30 minutes. The delay meant I brought the van back after hours, but they had a simple method for that, too. Thank you.

The lock boxes at my pick up location were hidden behind a trailer. It took some time and stress to finally locate them. I would suggest a short video to assist customers in the online process to pick up and turn in the equipment.

The lady was a total arrogant bitch. Asking if some of the trash that was inside the truck was mine. Was pitching about the blankets not being folded nice and neat when I picked them up in a big pile. Not friendly by no means.i made sure that I kept the inside of the truck clean. No way would I ever rent anything from such snotty bitch. No people skills at all.

I reserved the truck for a 9 AM pickup. There was no truck until after 2:30 PM. In the meantime I received an email notice that I was late for my pickup. How ironic!
The next time I need a rental I will try your competitors.
