I have to tell you, Casey is a super guy. He went out of his way to help me and a time of need help me set up my tow. Dolly had me pick up. The truck made great suggestions definitely would use them again but unfortunately I will not be back in Illinois, but I do recommend him very very very very good service.

Christopher HMy only complaint is with fuel. I feel the trucks should be full before renting. I was told it wasn’t full and don’t worry about it just bring it back close to where it was. I even took a picture of the gauge cluster so I would know where it was at. I was charged almost $20 extra. I could have returned it filled up for less. My complaint is not in charging for used fuel, but charging someone for doing exactly what you told them to do is unethical. I will remember this in the future as there are many other options for renting a moving truck. When the truck leaves full and brought back full this type of situation is avoided. As I mentioned I will remember this and will make sure to tell others about the experience.

Jeffrey BWe dropped off at two a m and other customers had left trailers in the middle of the driveway so it was a little difficult to put our trailer in a good position. But the staff checked it in with no issues.

MIKE WI had never used the mobile check-in before and was coming from out of town on a Sunday to help my son's family move and TBH was worried since hours away. However, the process was simple and seamless and we were checked in within minutes and on our way to his place. Check out was as easy. Great mobile service - thank you.

Erik FMaybe send me a voucher for the next rental or half off for the next rental because I ordered a 26 footer the truck I ordered a jack with it well not a jack but I ordered a dolly with it no dollar was inside the truck at all I ordered a moving crew no one showed up and inside the truck or the back of the truck was nasty as real dirty so I want to know if that's something that you all could do to satisfy me because that's a horrible rental I miss some furniture up because his real nasty and also the guy that was there overcharged me
