Slow service, very disorganized. It's a shame I couldn't get a van In a closer location, as I had to travel 33 km each way to pick up and drop off. I only put 99 km on the van. 66 of those were to get the thing. Also I was charged a fee that I was unaware of.Amanda D.

When I left the drop off location I received an email charging me for an extra day. I had to go back and show her my contact which said I still have two days before it's due. She told me to call the 1800 number. I told her that she should call since the problem is with them. She did and it was fixed in short order. Overall I brought it back two days before I should have but I burned a lot of gas to pick it up and again to return it to settle the mistake notwithstanding the need to purchase a screwdriver to access the lockbox.Brian N.
Truck was booked for 4pm pickup but truck was not there. had to wait till 4:30 for truck to be returned. Was not supposed to be back until 5pm but attendant phoned customer and got him to return early. I appreciate that but should not have been double booked.Randy L.
The manager is disrespectful. He was agreed to send a dolly with the Van but on that date he denied eventhough I paid online. The company charged me too much and doubled. Thus, how do you expect me to recommend others?Wubetu B.

We ordered a dolly and furniture pads; when we showed up the clerk informed us the company didn't send her any and had none available to provide. She offered us her own dolly instead for the same price. We had no notice and we were in a very tight spot so short notice we had no time to seek out any other option..it would have been appreciated to have a heads up that none of the things we ordered was available and no other uhaul was open to help us either.Connie W.

I had booked the vehicle over the phone and the day of pick up an agent called me saying that they cancelled my booking because I didn't pick up the vehicle on time but the time they had was 9am whereas I had booked it for 430 pm. The rep hung up on me. Very bad experience. The rep at the store helped to rebook the vehicle.Sukhjeet K.

I had to drop the uhaul off at 11pm after hours. I was in a time crunch moving and did not want to have the responsibility of returning it the next day. After I returned it to the location, the website told me to put the key in a drop box. This location has no drop box therefore I had to hang onto the key all night and day until I had time to return it to the location. Please get a drop box it would save customers so much hassle, other then that it was a quick easy serviceEmmet W.

Train a-haul employee Have store prepared for vehicle pickup We completed the online reservation and our pickup time was 9:30, we arrived at 9:15 and didn't receive keys until 10:15. Only one employee in store so every time another customer walked in to purchase anything she served them first and then continued to help us. There was some problem, after previous rental of the truck, with the computer program and she didn't know how to fix so was on the phone the whole time with her manager.Dan F.
The only concern I had was I was overcharged $50. Even with my receipt shows 49 but I was charged 99. Need this resolved asap.Allison Y.
