Vesco MThis location was fine and thankfully they had the truck we needed, but here's our issue. We live in St Albert. We made our reservation at a location in St Albert. When we got there, they didn't have our truck and had no idea what we were talking about. They told us to call you, which we did. It turns out the truck we were supposed to pick up had been kept late by the previous renter and had still not been returned. Neither the location nor us had been contacted about it. We were told that the next closest location to have our size truck was a 10-15 drive away, 11km to be exact. Through no fault of our own, we now had to drive an extra 22km round trip to get and return our rental. That is nearly $30 extra we had to pay for mileage for something that was not our doing and not our fault.
Andrew LEverything was good except the fuel was low. what you can do for the next customer. Make sure there's a lot of fuel in the truck .
