I reserved a 20 ft truck, 2 days in advance for 930 am. Was called the evening of the day before my move to clarify that it was 7 pm. Upon correction that it was 930 am was informed that they "changed my time". The only other alternative being a 15 foot truck for at earliest 1 pm. Which obviously made my move go much much later into the day than I had originally planned, starting later and needing multiple trips as the truck could not take everything a 20 foot truck would have. Unprofessional on every front. Truck i used had tobacco all over it and smelt strongly of cigarettes.

The lady was rude and was not able to answer my questions. Also the U-Haul smelled like it came from a farm.
ibtisam aLocation did not have a drop off box for a key return and was closed well before our confirmed drop off time.
Justin SThe truck had a check engine light and a message to check the fuel tank cap(which was in place and tight). The location does not seem to check for these issues nor does uhaul seem to provide compensation for that type of checking. It is not OK to provide units to people with issues such as these. I did not drive the unit around and My background allows me to assess issues like that on the fly so I did not complain, and a complaint like that would have added to the time it took to rent the unit, I was redirected to this location which not only added time need to rent the unit but also added miles to the rental which I believe should not have been my responsibility. I supposedly got a $50 credit for my inconvenience which in this case was not even close to enough to cover my added time to rent the unit nor the additional milage for the rental.
