They've got a small side lot and it was easy to find and navigate. They were professional, courteous and most importantly had the truck.

Thomas H- The truck was returned fill even though it wasn't when I picked it up. No credit is given. - Even though I dropped the key the day after I rented the truck, I did not receive that my truck was checked in until the timeframe of the rental was up. I had 3 days to return the truck, but returned it the day after rental but didn't receive the notice my truck was checked in until the 3 day timeframe was complete. I was unsure whether I was interacting with the right people when dropping the truck.

Amina SVan was dirty in back and had supplies from last renter in it. I had to take the stuff out to load my stuff then put it all back again. Store was not open as listed the only way I got my van was I met a guy in the parking lot that had a phone number. I called the number and they gave me the code to a lock box. ( the code was HOOD) which was fitting. Guy on phone was kind and helpful
TOMMY TYour company screwed me. After I RESERVED a 26' truck, you had NONE available. I wrote an e-mail to support@uhaul, and it has been more than a week and that too has been ignored. PLEASE FIX THE WRONG YOU HAVE DONE.
Jennifer HThe cab was muddy and had sticky drink spills on center console. The truck had issues with the TCS so cruise control was unreliable. However, they did have the truck ready on-time and with all ordered pads and dolly.
DAVID HStayed a few minutes after closing time and helped us get the trailer parked. They were extremely helpful.

Alan WWhen we got there the truck was blocked in; thank god one or the workers happened to be there early, but it took a extra 30 minutes to get the truck out. Then when we got the truck it was on 5 miles until empty. The truck was also extremely shaky and wouldn’t accelerate well. Thankfully we did not have to get on s freeway.

Judith WThe back of the van had a terrible stench to it. Upon my arrival to take van back, I had questioned the total costs. When it was discovered that I was being charged for 2 days instead of one. I then said I will keep the van another day since im being charged. The rep then told me it was too late because she had already ran my card. I advised her that I did not give her permission to run my card as I was still questioning the price. Either I will dispute these charges with my credit card or UHaul needs to refund the additional charges.

I was pretty stressed from a tense moving situation and she put me at ease and had me laughing. The van was perfect (clean, reliable and all ready to easily get out of the lot). Brenda AStephanie was so incredibly helpful and friendly with my rental. She went and beyond to help me. It was a very tense moving situation and I was already burnt out. The movers cancelled so I had to reschedule my rental and it was very easy to do. She was very accommodating which really helped to lower my anxiety. The location was super convenient right downtown and the rental was perfect (new, clean and reliable). I highly recommend this location.

ROBERT HSystem at the location did not work, had to give my info over the phone to the worker’s manager who was not onsite. The truck needed an alignment desperately. It pulled so hard to the left that I had to drive across state with the steering wheel at 45 degrees to the right. Just not a great experience.
Kara SThere was no one on site the day we dropped off the truck. The yard is very small which makes it a little tricky to drop off, especially if you had a 26ft trailer like we did.

Lillie MWaited 53 minutes after my pick up time for a person to arrive to unlock the lockbox to get the key for the truck. Business was closed, I chose mobile specifically to not have this happen. Very disappointing.

Atiba JThe UHaul dashboard was constantly alerting for an oil change, and the steering on this particular vehicle was extremely loose and rickety feeling like the joints or struts were very worn down or something.

Deanna BTruck key was "missing", truck was blocked in lot, couldn't get out or in again, so they wasted fifteen minutes of my paid time ... Three drunk men hit on me and it was very trashy. Bad equipment ...one low tire when I picked it up... Horrible experience.
Kara NHad a 1030 pickup time astheir listing says they opened at 10 am, but nobody arrived until 1100. BUT! The guy was able to find me a 15 foot truck which was all I needed instead of the 26' the website said was the only available. Guy was nice and easy to deal with

Megan GThe van had multiple issues upon pickup, the key didn’t initially turn in the ignition. The tire pressure sensor had a light on, and the washer fluid was low. The actual pricing for the vehicle is advertised as 19.99 but I paid close to $70 for it by the end for a 25 mile trip, more transparency with pricing would be great.

SCOTT GThis place the guys here are so rude they cussed at me bad attitude threatening me after there uhaul truck broke down that morning 3 hours before it was due back twice days prior there uhaul truck was running rough. I wouldn't recommend no one to rent from them.

Mack MAt checking I mentioned I would not need as long and was told to call and leave a message (they would be closed all weekend) when returned and she would be able to credit for the other day and make sure no late fee for after hours drop off because they were closed all day. Returned 2 days early, before five. Called but a man answered. There was no where on property to drop the van. The guy that answered yelled at me to just leave it anywhere near the property and was so tide and then hung up while I was talking about the girl who told me to call and leave message. I called back several times and no answer. Then he would answer and hang up or answer and say nothing. I gave up. I was over charged for 2 days I did not use the van. This man was so rude and hateful when I called as if I had done something wrong by calling when no wjere to leave the van and doing what I was asked to do- call at drop off and leave a message. I’ve never had a Uhaul representative be such a jerk. Ever. It floored me with shock. Rude rude rude. I’d suggest closing this location down!

Savannah KAir pressure censor was on. I stopped and put air in but sensor stayed on. I didn't even drive the truck the 2nd day because I was scared about the safety of the tires. Hence it was only 9 miles Driven. I paid 30 for safe move but their suggestion was to call for roadside assistance. I ended up parking the uhaul and paying someone to move my things. Complete waste of $. There is more as my reservation wasn't in the system orginally
