Finally this location was confirmed morning of drop off. They were prompt in delivering receipt of return. But no final charges listed. Just zero due. Anyway. Truck was great and rode wonderfully. So grateful!

Frederick PTell renters you need to use the APP on line to return by taking g pictures and providing detailed information including g odometer, gas gauge, and interior pictures of the truck. I was told to just place the key in the Dropbox. Good thing I read the sign that instructed me to use the online check in prior to dropping keys in the Dropbox
Tammy ENo one was there during regular business hours so just dropped key. Had to call to confirm I dropped so not to be charged extra. I don’t think I would use u-haul again after this experience.

George WThe person who picked up the phone wasn't helpful at all, there is nobody there to help so you must use a dropkey box, and they didn't register the return on a Saturday even though it was returned at 12:15pm.

Danila SThe U-Haul mobile application is the single worst customer experience ever. I was on the phone with the help line for 45 minutes and they couldn’t help either. Fortunately the reps at the location opened early because the website and the app never worked with the online help team getting no where. They even have the nerve to ask for a 3rd party contact to call and won’t let you rent the car unless that person answer a phone call. Never use the mobile phone 24/7 application it’s a sham . This location is very helpful but their hours are limited. Be prepared for exasperation frustration and a painful process.

Cindy ZFuel gauge was incorrect at pickup. They said it was over 3/4 but it was under 3/4 when I picked it up. I would choose a different location because I've never had this happen before at any other location.

BERNARD MHad to wait several minutes for a scheduled pickup and the dolly I was reserved with confirmed but not available.
Kim PIt appeared that the vehicle was used by someone between the drop off of the last customer and when I picked it up. It was filthy, there was an additional 70 miles on our bill and per u-haul customer support there was supposed to be 3/4 tank of gas and there was only 3/8. As this was an after hours pickup there was no paperwork and I do not remember seeing anything on the app about mileage and gas. This resulted in an overcharge of approximately $100 which was rectified but the area manager Cliff Somers. He saved my faith in u-haul as I have been renting from u-haul for three decades now without any incident. For lack of trust I will NEVER go to that location again not refer anyone to that location. I will travel out of my way to rent from another u-haul when needed.

Brian BWe reserved a 10’ truck with 12 blankets and a furniture dolly to be picked up at 1 PM. They gave us a 15’ truck empty. They changed the time to 4 PM. I called & had it changed back to 1 PM. But there were no blankets or dolly. I went into the store & had to wait an hour for someone to show up to give us blankets. There was no dolly. But I was still charged for it.

Tom SThis experience was terrible from start to finish. No instructions were given regarding how to pick-up for the vehicle. After reserving the truck, I was told I would receive a phone call the next day with instructions. I didn't. The store was closed on my pick-up day and I had no instructions. Then I found out that I had to use the app. This would have been helpful to know in advance. None of the rules were explained at all. I will not be using U-Haul ever again.

Martin CNo Dollies, Handtrucks, moving blankets, locks, straps, ropes or any moving equipment was available at this location. The employee wasn’t able to complete the reservation without having to call uhaul because the “system was down”. Gave them my license to add me as a driver because my brother made the reservation and I was not added properly as an authorized driver. Handed the keys and told the truck was at the corner of the lot. Didn’t walk me over to it and make sure I even had the correct vehicle. Very unprofessional experience compared to other uhaul locations I’ve rented from in the past.
donte mU Haul app did not work when trying to add pictures. Location did not have any move blankets or other supplies. I had to go buy from Home Depot. Disappointing especially since they were on the order I placed online.

Also, finding the actual location was confusing because it was a furniture store with no big Uhaul sign telling you this was the drop. Rt 1 is very busy with traffic and showing down to look for a Uhaul sign is difficult, especially when you don't even see truck packed like most Uhaul locations. Coming from out of town made it even more confusing.
JOSEPH CMike and the call center were phenomenal. I was a little stressed over the location change but Mike came up with a solution that saved the day. Will highly recommend to others!

dennis zNothing to get too excited about— there were a couple tall boys of Texas tea rolling around in the cabin, but I just put them in the fridge, so they would be nice and cold by the end of they day. Not really a sweet tea guy, but they were pretty refreshing at the end of a long day of moving.
