You need to have your reservation customer service inform the customer what kind of service they are getting . I wasn't even told that this site was a no service sight and not even told in the reservation process that I had to do everything this experience was absolutely horrible and it was extremely hard and the return was even more more horrible because the cell service and connections in rural area was not sending me in the correct direction sorry I spent wasted time and mileage driving back and forth on the same road and was not able to even be able to properly return to truck Never again

The drop off location was in the cut. The man told me to place the key on the step he will get it and I asked him to look at the truck and he said you are you good and he will check it out later he busy. He did not have on a shirt and seemed to not care about me standing there. The truck was clean inside and inside the back part. Immediately when I left I called UHaul and told customers service that I was not comfortable leaving the UHaul with that location she said it will be okay. I asked her to document that I called and what occurred. I get home and looked at my account and they charged me and additional $25 for a cleaning fee. That was a lie that truck was totally cleaned. I called customer service twice and was placed in hold and a recording came on stating you have a 54 minute hold time. Waiting 16 minutes the phone disconnected. This is horrible and no telling who all they have be ripping off. The are dishonest. I am hurt and upset.
SABRINA SI will never use uhaul again. Did not get the vehicle I reserved, did not get the location i reserved. I did all I was supposed to do even the online pre check in and when i arrived to pick up the vehicle was told they didn’t have one available and someone would call me with another location. I received a text not a call went to the location and the office was closed I shouldn’t waist my time filling this out i will just recommend to everyone i know to never use uhaul.
Mark SThe roof leaked onto my customers belongings. The rental location was ran out of another business which the guy only knew some of the rules / terms did all the paperwork in the warehouse on a tablet lol.
JONATHAN Ptruck steering was terrible. website registration did not work - I did not get link to unlock. eventually i found someone there. I couldn't get anyone on the phone to confirm to you that I had returned the truck. Twice I waited 45 minutes with no answer.
David MI was charged for an entire extra day when I had the uhaul back to the place 30 before my actual reservation ended. Was overcharged for extra insurance and an extra days worth of daily rate.
