My pads and dolly I ordered were not in the truck like they said they would be, so I had to do the move without them. But they told me I would get a refund for those items so I am just waiting for that and hope it comes in! Other than that the truck was clean and ready to go.

Michael TI live about 20 miles away and had a location scheduled there until Uhaul changed me to this location. I had to drive an additional half hour each way to pick up the truck. Customers service initially said I would get a $50 credit, but when I paid that never happened so I had to call and file a complaint to get the credit.

Jhyre SUhaul didn’t have gas. I filled it up left it with what it started with then got charged for gas on top of it all.
Jeffrey BI was charged for 1280 miles when I told them it would be less than 600 miles. I waited an additional 20 minutes thinking they were fixing it, only to be charged the same price. I thought that when I dropped it off and the actual miles were recorded that I would receive the difference back, but I was still charged $640 too much. I used U-haul several times, but never again.
