I was charged for 1280 miles when I told them it would be less than 600 miles. I waited an additional 20 minutes thinking they were fixing it, only to be charged the same price. I thought that when I dropped it off and the actual miles were recorded that I would receive the difference back, but I was still charged $640 too much. I used U-haul several times, but never again.
