In the future, please inform the customer that the site has NO physical person to facilitate the renting process. Myself, I did well and it was seamless. It would have been another story if my girlfriend tried the same process. Please allow the customer to decide their intentions and preference of the service they want. I drove by the lot on Sunrise Ave in Roseville CA and there was 4 of the same trucks sitting on the lot. Don't understand the process of selecting a smoke shop with lock boxes and no service available except your Cell phone 100 yards from an actual U-Haul site. Thanks

Kristen SI picked up the truck but only had 1 bag of blankets in it when I had ordered 6. I had to delay my movers but still pay them so I could go pick up blankets on a second trip to pick up the remaining blankets.
