The owner was irrated and told me he does not like UHaul. I was also snapped at inquiring about loading truck prior to hooking up the auto transport. He replied "We don't load anything" and after asking for our aplliance dolly, he returned with a regular dolly. I told him that would not work and he stated "that is all I have". I had to suggest he call the UHual we had originally signed up with for it.Janice H.

I really have no complaints with the return location itself. I do have complaints about the return process. First, the email that I received specified a certain return location. I initially took the trailer there, unhitched and started the online return process. The online system instructed me to return the trailer at a different location so I re-hitched the trailer and took it to the second location. I then started the online return process again. A step in the process instructed me to upload a photo of the inside of the trailer. The online system opened the camera app on my iPhone but would not actually allow me to take and upload a photo. I made multiple attempts, but the result was the same. As such, I could not complete the online return process. Ultimately, I took photos with my iPhone (outside of the online system and simply left the trailer at the location. I later called U-haul to obtain instructions on how to resolve the matter. After 30+ minute callback time, they instructed me to return to the location the next day during business hours to have the return completed. I stayed in the area that night so I could complete the return the next day. The people were finally able to complete the return.David D.

I know the pic up was in a gas station but try to at least have them cary some hitch and balls for sale or an option for rent I left mine in Vegas so I had to run to auto zone to get one I know you cary them at your normal stores but anyways overall a great experience and a great price the lady that had put my trailer on reserve was so helpful an nice employee like that are hard to find but thanks again.Nicholas S.
The gas station was not labeled as Cedar Gas Stop like I was told on the phone. The personnel wasn't very helpful with instructions on checking out. We had to park the truck ourself.Eric H.

The woman that helped me was amazing and personable, however since this location was inside a gas station it took almost an hour and a half to get everything all taken care of since she was the only cashier and customers kept coming in for drinks, food, ect. In addition to the delays due to gas station customers the equipment that was reseved for me and on the paperwork was not on the lot so we had to redo my entire reservation which was a pain for both of us as well. Again, great service from the one staff member, just bad organization and understaffing with the gas station.BRYCE M.

My only negative was with U-Haul as a business. I originally reserved an open trailer. I did the online check in the morning before my pick up and it said I was all set to have that trailer at the location selected. I ended up calling just to double check something and good thing I did because they said they did not have any of those type trailers. I ended up having to call dispatch and was told no trailers were available in the surrounding area. I had to take a closed trailer, which worked fine besides not having any ramps available. I ended up having to rent those at Home Depot. I just wish the system would have notified me, because that would have screwed me if I didn't call.Rebecca M.

Provide the requested vehicle instead of one you have on hand. I requested a 10' truck two weeks in advance, but upon arrival was told they did not have a 10' truck available. I was given a 20' truck at the same rate as a 10' truck which is nice and all, but I wanted a 10' truck. I ended up spending $100 on fuel to drive the nearly empty 20' truck 245 miles. When I asked if I would be compensated for the additional fuel cost with the bigger truck, I was told I could take it up with the Uhaul Corporate office.Joel S.

Uhaul failed my family and I. We had reservations months in advance for 2- 26 food trucks. 2 days before I was told they did not have my rental where I lived and that they could not help me. I ended up have to rent 2 trucks 6 hours away and drive them round trip in order to get my families belongings to our new home. The receptionist had zero remorse or compassion. Zero discounts to allow for the additional $375 in gas I had to pay. Seriously the worst company ever. Find another moving company or truck rental company if you can.Michael H.

Our experience with U-haul has been so good. We ordered a dolly with the truck it wasnt in the truck. Had to return to the place to grab it. We were late getting it back and they only charged a few dollars more. We always have friendly service with U-haul.Shilo J.
