I can't really rate the drop-off location, because I dropped the trailer off here after-hours. I didn't interact with anyone from the location, nor did I enter the building. But the lot was clean & easily accessible, with good maneuvering room for parking trailers.Terence S.

Owner did not show on time. Another gentleman that works for uhaul doing maintenance helped me get my vehicle. This dealer needs to be closed down. Drop off at another location was smooth and helpful.Eric P.

I was told to put the gas tank back at half a tank, however when I got in the truck I noticed it was a little less than half. This was no big deal so I let it go, however when I return the truck I put the gas tank back at half like I was told, and then found out the guy had marked that it was above half and they charged me an extra 5.00 even though I actually put in more than what I had. This was the 1st time this has happened to me and I have been using Uhaul for years. Never again will I go with Uhaul.Candice H.

There was no sense of urgency in helping me with my rental. Also, there was no assistance provided in helping me with the trailer hookup. If I was not familiar on how to hookup the rental myself, I would not have been able to use to successfully use this rental. The site did provide me a clean rental.KEITH J.

With this location personal I did after hours pick up, it's a process with picking up the U-Haul taking pictures of yourself and going through the process I completely understand but while the process a neighbor to the owner for the U-Haul came outside accusing me of stealing a U-Haul !!! I really felt harassed cause even after I than got the lock of the truck with the giving password he still thought I was lying ! And then the owner put the lock and key in the wrong truck that was giving which made the situation lock way worse ! When returning the vechile it was no direct location to where to put the key the instructions say to put the key in the drop off box and there's no key box so I was confused on where to put the key so I left it in the back of the truck.Della J.

Overall, my experience with UHAUL has not been good! Your website does not provide updated information regarding locations' address and, just as important, availability of stock! This was not the pick up location I was given when I reserved the truck by phone. I had to call Uhaul because when I went to google directions to get to this facility it showed that it was permanently closed. It took me three calls and 5 different people from uhaul to get a number that worked. We were late picking vehicle up because we had to confirm they were indeed there. The neighborhood this is in was scary. I felt like I was walking into the devils den waiting for a drug bust or something. The truck was filthy inside, sticky stuff in the cup holders with old candy and wrappers stuck in it, trash and mud on the floor, and it smelled of B.O...I had to clean it out before we could travel in it.keri R.

Be consumer oriented vs cash oriented. Do what you say you will do, and meet the needs of the customer. You represent a good company with a good name, act like you care about that if not you customers. I would not rent from these folks again.Trace F.
I ordered a 20' truck , and when I went to pick it up, The battery was dead, and they had no way of starting it. I ended up with a 15' truck and they did not adjust the price accordingly. The trucks were clean, but the personnel service was unacceptable. I will continue to use uhaul, but never that vendor againjohn O.
Employee behind the counter could not assist me. Had to wait "10 minutes" for the owner to arrive so we (another customer also) could pick up the U-Hauls we had rented. Store opened at 9:00 AM. This was at 9:20 AM. We had been switched to this location from Oxford because Oxford did not have the vehicle I requested. I made the reservation on line. Got our vehicles about 9:50 AM.Don J.

Waited 1 hour for them to get there, once we got the key and looked at the truck it had a auto trailer attached and the fuel listed was not correct. The man running this location acted as though I were a bother to him and contined to speak in another language with his worker. I found this location to be extremely unprofessional.Victoria B.

The trailer I got was bent so we had to drive more the the driver side then the in between the lines. Then we got a flat and had to wait 3 hours for someone to come fix it. Never will I do uhaul againHANNAH E.
I ordered a 10 ft truck 2 weeks before pickup. I also ordered a "TOW DOLLEY" for my 2005 INFINITY G35, which I expressed concerns. The guy on the phone assured me that I would be WELL TAKEN CARE OF. I arrived at the Uhaul dealer, saw my truck. But I was told that it was NOT mine. He told me that the 10 ft. truck was for SOMEONE ELSE! The dealer showed me on his computer screen, that MY PROFILE had NO INFORMATION on it. NADA! I thought THAT was STRANGE, since I had confirmed the information on your website at home, 1 hour prior. I called customer service, and negotiated for the 15 ft truck that the dealer had on the lot. As your Uhaul Dealer was waiting on me, a few times I had to "Stand Aside" for a few minutes at a time, while he was conducting his OWN BUSINESS with his employees. Your DeaIer, repopulated my info into the system. I told your Dealer that I would be back later that same day, after loading the truck, to hook up my car onto the Tow Dolly. He told me that he closed at 5pm, but NOT TO WORRY, because his neighbor in the next store, would help me. FINALLY, after almost 2 hours, I left your Dealer's location, with the 15 ft truck. I went home and loaded the truck I returned ALONE with the loaded truck, with the intention of driving 5 hrs to my final destination. I went to your Dealer's Neighbor. His Neighbor ran his store ALONE. He told me that he would hook up the Tow Dolly to the truck, NOTHING MORE. NOT EVEN DIRECT ME while I drove my car onto the Dolly. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN... almost in tears. WTF!!! I was ALONE!!! After speaking to several people on the phone, I FINALLY received a call from NICK 919-720-0861, the Regional Customer Service Manager. We agreed to meet the next morning at 7am, to hook up my car. We Met, he hooked up my car. I commenced driving the truck with car in tow. My Car was being DRAGGED....NOT TOWED. WRONG TOW DOLLY FOR MY VEHICLE. The car info on my Uhaul profile WAS WRONG!!! Nick left to find me the correct Dolly. I waited 2 hours. He came back. Hooked me up. Nick Took GREAT CARE OFF ME. APPRECIATE HIM. I then began my journey to VA.eileen V.

Very poor. The U-Haul software was not working correctly causing multiple delays and phone calls. The person on the phone entered the wrong return address causing a higher cost. But it took so long, I accepted the change and higher cost. The location has no one to help attach a trailer (if needed). They also had to announce out loud my credit card info on the phone while other customers were at the front desk. Overall, a bad experience. I won't rent from this location again.CHARLES C.

This location is terrible. I arrived at 9am, my scheduled time and the store was not open. I waited 20 minutes for the store manager to arrive and open the store. It took him another 20 minutes to find my order in computer and check me out. Once ready to go, he asked if I knew how to hook it up. I asked for help to which he replied, "we rent them, we don't touch them". He wouldn't even lift the tag trailer long enough for me to place the ball under it. Why a 6' x 12' tag trailer doesn't have a jack stand is beyond me. I had to get assistance from a delivery driver. I would never recommend this place or this trailer unless you can pick it up with one hand and drive to connect it with another.Jacinta J.
