Took me over 3 hours for the app to finally reserve the uhaul for pick up..Then when dropping it off after hours which I only had the uhaul for 23 hours..The app would not load up and let me complete the drop off procedure, I still put key in the drop box and the next day was a holiday, anyhow I put 100 deposit down and uhaul trying to charge me 47 more dollars which is bs because not my fault the app was not working correctly to finish paperwork..never again

At drop off there was no personal interaction, just placed the key in the drop-off box so it was very easy!

Back of the truck was covered in mud luckily we had blankets to lay down so my items wouldn't get dry mud all over them and trying to get the keys for my rental was a 2 hour fiasco. App said i didn't have a reservation had to call 2 seperate times trying to get the keys. App didn't recognize I was at the location either

The app was terrible I followed instructions. Waited over 15 minutes for a verification call back to me. I had to call U-Haul on my phone. They transferred me and I was disconnected. Called again. Finally was able to get code for lock box for key. Much simpler to walk up to the counter talk to someone and get your keys. I would not recommend using U-Haul mobile.

This was my first time using the mobile method. It was confusing and slow getting access to the truck and the lock wouldn’t open at first. Not the location fault. Parking was tight as it’s a small parking lot.

Could not find the office. Needed to Save the keys in a drop off box. Called and left a message. Still not sure if they received the keys or there is any issues.

I had no issues at all. The experience was pleasant, but I wish the cost was a little lower. Chrissy was super nice!
