I made a reservation to pick a truck up at 9 AM. I had to be at a location by 11 AM but needed time to load the truck to be on time to the location. I get to the Uhaul site and I see the truck but the building was closed. I called Uhaul stating I had a 9 AM appointment to pick up a truck. I was told they would try to reach the owner. They reached the owner and the response I got was " the owner said he was there at 9 but stepped out" mind you, I was there at 9 AM and no one was in site. So that was a lie. I then get a call from an unknown number and speak to a gentleman Lamont who I believe was the owner. He told me he was 45 minutes away and asked if I could wait. It is now 9:43. He gets there around 10:30 AM, and hour and a half after my appointment. The truck wasn't even swept up. Offers a verbal agreement of $50 credit and never held up to it. I called the store to see about the credit and no response. Truly unprofesssional and they couldn't care less about your time. Never again.Dunia M.

The truck was absolutely disgusting. Had to re-clean it ourselves. Broken glass all over the truck bed. The odor in the car was terrible had to drive trip with the windows down. Location had trash all over the parking lot and looked abandoned.Rebecca L.

The place was closed with no indication on where to go or how to get the truck. We had to sit in the parking lot and wait for someone to come to pick up the truck. The guy who helped us was friendly and worked quickly.Miguel P.

I arrived and the vehicle I rented was not there. I called and was told it would be returned in 2 hours. I got there 3 hours later and still no van. I called and this time no answer. I called the 1800 number and they were able to put me in a truck for the same price and help me get moving quickly.CASSANDRA J.
