The truck was filthy. I had to sweep the back out before leaving the location. Whoever had rented it previously had smoked cigars in the cab and I could not get the smell out of the truck. When I asked the person at Ready Mart - his response was "yeah, they left it dirty". There was trash in the cab - sunflower seeds, doughnut package, previous rental agreement, spilled drinks. If I had an option for a different truck I would've taken it. I thoroughly cleaned the cab and still could not get the cigar smell out of the vehicle. The back of the truck was full of trash, screws, paper, etc. Pretty disappointed in this location and I do not recommend it.

Excellent customer service!
GRACIE DDon’t make a pick up and drop off spot a gas station. Super sketchy and the convent store wasn’t even open at 0800 as scheduled for pick up. It was 0845 before I could actually get the keys to my van. Directions were not clear and I had to call a help desk in order to figure out how to get the van.
Nicholas BWe experienced numerous problems. 1. Our truck had a “low tire pressure” warning light illuminated… we didn’t notice it until we had left the rental location. 2. Upon arriving at the worksite we discovered the sliding back overhead door had a locked padlock. We were given no information about the code needed to unlock. 3. It took as 90 minutes and numerous calls to get the correct code. 4. Upon finally opening the door we found the floor had lots of debris. 5. We had the truck overnight. We woke up with an early morning departure deadline only to discover the tire wasn’t just low, but was completely flat. 6. Upon returning the agent seemed uninterested or unable to do anything to make things right. We at least expected a discount, even if modest.7. Lastly, as has always been the case, uhaul trucks have cabs that are abysmal. Zero creature comforts. Zero tech. Zero bells and whistles. The storage area also has no frills. Wish they had simple things like tie down hooks. Luckily we just had a project to complete in town. We only drove 30 miles. I would hate the thought of having to drive the truck a great distance. One positive note—the AC was cold.
Jason BLockbox was broken and open. It was not secured. Multiple people waiting to drop off.
