Check the complete truck inside out and maintain engine better

In my honest opinion this facility was filthy. They have a huge dog chain up with without any signs stating that a dog is on the premises. The guy was very rude first off. My husband and I walked through the fence and informed one guy we were there to pick-up the uhaul car tower. The owner I'm guessing walks out I don't have no one scheduled to pick-up any I'm getting ready to leave. I said we have a reservation from uhaul at this location his response you must have just made it. I said no it was reserved this morning. He said I don't have nothing. I said to him again that Uhaul made a reservation at this location I can contact them and inform them that you don't have anything from them. If I wouldn't have been so late in the evening I would have left but we had already made arrangements to leave early Saturday morning. I have no intention of using this place again

I am being charge every day I stead of charged at the end of the rental, which I prefer

Location was not open during office hours, I had to call them to come open up. Trucks air-condition was not working and I had a 9hr drive to make in the truck and a deadline to meet so I couldn't afford to return the truck and find another one.

There wasn’t a drop box for the keys or directions on what to do. I had to call uhaul and ask

Drop off location .4 miles from my home but I had to go to a location that I had trouble locating, that was not aware I was coming and really had no place to park the trailer.

Positive experience Vehicle was clean and it was an easy process.

I was charged for gas when I received the truck with only 3/4 of a tank. I would like my money back for that charge. Also, this location didn't have the equipment that I need for my move and it made things very hard to get my move done. Not very happy at all with this experience.
