The location is at a rural residence and you access the uhaul equipment by opening a gate. There are dogs on the property. Also, the uhaul rep gave me the keys and said â€œyou are good.â€ I took him at his word and drove off in the truck I reserved. I got a call a few hours later from uhaul asking if I still wanted to rent the truck. The uhaul rep did not let you all know that I had the truck. Further, when I returned the truck, the mileage from the previous renter/user had not been recorded so I was charged for 45 miles when I drove less than 20. If I could do it again, I would not have rented the truck.John C.

I was over billed for insurance coverage that I denied when I booked online. This is unacceptable and speaks very poorly of Uhaul.Manuel C.

This location is not a good representation of Uhaul and should be closed. Once the owner found out I was doing a one way rental, he told me I was an hour late and would have to charge me a late fee or disconnect the trailer. I have never heard of a late fee for picking up a rental. Also I was not late, it took me 30 minutes to find a number to call once I arrived to trailers setting in the middle of a field with no one there and no contact information posted. There is no doubt in my mind that this gentleman was trying to shake me down for additional money. Once I told him I was not going to pay or disconnect the trailer he said he was just kidding. I have been around the block a few times and he was not kidding, he was pressing me to see how I would react. I have never had this type of issue with Uhaul and I am quite sure it is not the image Uhaul supports.Cory R.

Location seemed unorganized. Entire rental process was done via cellphone and a lot of problems occured. No guidance was given about equipment condition and or options.jeffery P.

There was no one there. They obviously don't check there equipment. They charged me for an extra day and I am in the middle of trying to get that excess charge removed.Joseph D.
Hours of operation are not consistent since this is a third party - they also didn't have any additional supplies such as locks. Trailer hitch conversions/ hitch locks etc. the gentleman running the place was; however, very courteous and nice.Sabrina S.

Reserved a trailer at Fulshear location, showed up 15-20 minutes early was informed the owner wasn't there. Owner had somebody hook the trailer up, only to find the reservation had expired. Owner told me to go ahead he would take payment over the phone. Then later had the regional manager tell me I had stolen equipment that he was â€œdoing me a favorâ€ by taking all my information and photos of my license while I was driving down the road. Only to be charged 103$ for a 50$ rental. Absolutely horrible, I will never use uhaul again.Ryan P.
