Pickup was scheduled for 8 am and I didn't get it picked up till 8:45. I'm guessing it was someone from that location calling to verify an alternate phone number for me and that person was rude and snippy with me. Very short and hung up the phone on me.Zeke C.

A trailer we were renting had a broken electrical cable. It was obvious as you could see the tear in the cable. They did eventually fix it but only after saying the issue was our truck. Worse though was the staff not being able to find the drop off point of a truck we had rented. We were told to just drop it there anyway and tell uhaul after the fact. After consulting uhaul whether we could we were informed we would have been charged double the rental rate (so $800) if we had dropped it there without calling.Chris A.

We had some issues with online verification and the lady at the pick up location was so patient and helpful. She came in early and walked us through the process.Kenda D.
The did not have the blankets I requested but it turned out I didn't need them. I'm not sure this was their fault or a problem with U-Haul in general because most of their rentals are one way so blankets leave and do not return. My rental was round trip. Pickup and drop off went smoothly and the staff was and helpful.David U.

Very nice people, new to U-haul game but did a wonderful job, only complaint was on the U-haul Corp side, first we were told we could drop off anywhere so when we looked for a close place to drop off, they gave me 122 miles on the rental but when I go to the address listed for drop off they don't do U-haul anymore, now step 2 finding the next closest place, after going to this drop site now I'm 4 miles over my mileage and owe like $2 that the nice people at GES used cars offered to pay knowing the situation with the other place no longer taking rentals, I think U-haul should do a little better job at monitoring their locations or at least give a little more on the miles, but I applaud GES used cars for their help...patrick K.
