Great customer service
Floyd PThe people and the customer service was amazing however the location is inside of a laundromat and that can be a little bit awkward for new people who don't know about the business being located in another business. The trucks are handled correctly and you can go get your truck without a problem however the window is very small for people to deal with their business transactions. But otherwise I had a great experience. Thank you

Zamora GAfter reviewing my most recent receipt it prompted me to review past receipts as well. This location has been applying a “Safe Move” fee of various amounts up to $60 without my approval or knowledge which should be a criminal offense. I never complained about the equipment to the staff but I always have to sweep it out , wipe it down and the tires need air. I never leave my car on the premises because the area does not look safe, due to loitering of many individuals, and it looks like illegal activity may take place there. The small lot is congested and an accident is waiting to happen. I’m not sure how the city approved for 3 businesses (car wash - laundromat and Uhaul) to be ran on a lot with such limited space. The first rental I picked from this location was parked on the side of the busy roadway which was hazardous. I’ve seen customers having to walk across the parking lot carrying laundry baskets due to parking. This place is untrustworthy and unsafe.

Angel VThe employee that checked me in was extremely rude and did not display good customer service. It took me almost 45 minutes to check in and leave with my trailer due to how slow he was. Upon return, they tried to swindle me and charmed me almost $50 more than what I was told when I picked up my trailer. I had to argue to get the bill reduced. The trailer was very hard to hook up. Very displeased. Will not be back or recommend.

Demetrica FI would encourage U-Haul or the establishment renting to perform regular inspections for mechanical issues, battery strength etc. The first truck that was assigned to me had the check engine light to come on.

rosa wThe truck was very loud, not fit to drive through neighborhood. The passenger side mirror was broken. The shocks were iffy at best. I drove the truck 9 miles total and was chargees so.e sort of fuel service fee. I was told to make sure the gas guage was where it was when I picked up the truck, it was. I rented a truck for 24 hrs a week earlier from the same place and it was $55.00. This time I had the truck for 4hrs and it cost $170.00. I was told it was brcause of insurance. There was no mention of insurance on my receipt. This was not a good transaction. Very unsatisfied.

STEPHEN CI wouldn't recommend this location to a friend because it looks shady. There's a lot of strange looking people hanging around outdoors and that's enough to scare someone away. I'm familiar with the area so I was frightened by the people.

RICHARD RThis was probably the worst uhaul experience I’ve ever had. The cargo van I rented was fine, but the customer service was at an all-time low. The male attendant was not only extremely rude, but just simply unpleasant and disrespectful. Quality Customer service wasn’t even in the building with us. I just recently moved to South Carolina and this location is less than a mile away from my house, but I don’t care how far I have to drive. I will never use this location ever again in life.

MARK EI suggest having the U-Haul worker and renter take pics of the gas mileage. We took a picture of it when we picked up the truck and upon returning it. However, we were still charged a few extra dollars for gas

Teriyonah JApp super intuitive. At pick-up the text received for taking a picture of the license needs a little more explanation. I paid- but had a secondary driver which made this more complicated. I suggest to walk out to the vehicle every time to make sure the customer is comfortable accessing the box truck, backing up a box truck, and the vehicle has no issues. Return was super easy!!
